Completely agree. And that would be normal. I now expect it to go weekly with March approaching.

I think the key issue is not the speed at which the new betas are released, but the speed at which the bugs are resolved and new features added.
If new betas are released just for the heck of incrementing the version numbers, no point.

Why would new betas be released just to increment the build number?

New Betas may get released quickly one after the other without much of change and just changing version numbers over minor issues. That is the problem.
[doublepost=1487689407][/doublepost]Any feedback on the battery consumption?

They wouldn't be released if something didn't change. Perhaps it's not a visible change or one that affects many people, but it's a change worthy to be in a release and worth of a new beta build, otherwise there wouldn't be a new beta build.

I hope whatever comes out is way faster than beta 3. it seems to bog down on my Iphone 6+. :(

I prefer a 2 week beta cycle rather 1 week

Hopefully
Hmm so which is it? o_O You like them as fast as you can get them, who are you kidding :D

For the record typically starting betas are on 2-3 week cycles and they go more toward 1 week cycle toward the end (maybe around beta 3-4). Thats just been the past pattern so who knows what they will actually do.
