I'm actually quite shocked to see another beta build number being this late in a X.x.x release.
Funny, I couldn't been less shocked about the new beta...I'm actually quite shocked to see another beta build number being this late in a X.x.x release.

Hahaha. "Doesn't need so many betas." You must know something we all don't.yeah same its such a small update and doesn't need so many betas must be ready by now
Well They can and have dropped the 5 and end letter and release this build next week according to how the build numbers supposedly work. So final could be 14F086 potentially.I never said shocked about another beta. I said shocked that it still has a beta build number, most likely indicating that this is still not the final.
Technically it would be 14F86. But that has literally only happened like 2 times in over 250+ iOS beta builds in 10 years. So it is very unlikely it would happen again. Especially back to back. Not saying it won't. But the odds suggest otherwise.Well They can and have dropped the 5 and end letter and release this build next week according to how the build numbers supposedly work. Any particular issue that might be the reason for this Beta 5.

Couldn't tell you, but its still a beta build number. 3 point build number change in 3 days. So something has definitely changed internally.Any particular issue that might be the reason for this Beta 5.

My guess is that its the heating issue.Couldn't tell you, but its still a beta build number. 3 point build number change in 3 days. So something has definitely changed internally.
What heating issue? My guess is that its the heating issue.
iPhone heating up even when in standby. What heating issue?
I think if it were an actual issue it would be more widely known. The fact that I didn't even know and I am on this forum multiple hours a day means it must just be a case by case issue.iPhone heating up even when in standby.
Restore as new with no App installed, did not help.
I think it has been discussed on the forum.I think if it were an actual issue it would be more widely known. The fact that I didn't even know and I am on this forum multiple hours a day means it must just be a case by case issue.
I had a phone do that on 10.3.1. They replaced the phone for precaution reasons. I don't think it's iOS related.
In particular on ip7- not on others.I think it has been discussed on the forum.
As far as the issue of 10.3.1 is concerned, I checked up on Beta 3, Beta 2 as well.
The problem occurred on Beta 4 only for the same phone restored as new everytime.
