There's still plenty of time for 10.4.x next...

"Plenty" seems a bit big... there's 4 weeks left before the first iOS 11 dev beta. Furthermore, having a 10.4 would mean having new features and new features takes more beta time, usually at least 4 betas (only 8.1 was released after 2 betas). and 4 betas means 4 weeks to the shortest, which is exactly what we have left.

So it might have time, and I really hope so...

I do not see iOS 10.4 coming. This would mean, that Apple would less betas for iOS 10.4 than for iOS 10.3.2. iOS 10.3.2 is highly likely the last iOS 10.x.x release (aside from any high important security fixes).

It looks more and more that iOS 10.4 was planned for a new iPad Pro (10"5). It looks like, that Apple decided to release there new iPad Pro this fall - maybe alongside iOS 11.1.

No. Not true. Once iOS 11B1 is seeded, no more iOS 10 betas will be seeded. The only thing iOS 10 related would be an emergency update. A 10.3.3 type deal.

No developer will test a 10.x.x beta when 11 is out.

That means if final today, then nothing happens till WWDC.

Where in the world are you getting that from?? There is nothing to suggest that if we don't get 10.3.2 today, we won't for 4 weeks. No beta has ever been in final build stage for 6+ weeks.

Misread - my apologies.

He's saying that if the final IS today, then there won't be anything else until WWDC. NOT that the final will wait until WWDC.

Because its been 2 weeks and the current build of beta 5 is still a beta build number. A 2 week gap always brings new build numbers. There is no way they are sitting on the same build number for 2 weeks. Obviously they are working on it still, otherwise it would be out to the public.
