Then whats the reason for this delay.
It's been two days. I hardly call that a delay. Remember we did get a beta last Thursday. So it hasn't even been a week since tvOS beta came out.

Will just make a guess 10.3.2 will be released and at the same time 10.4 beta will start....
There won't be a 10.4. Not enough time. That ship has sailed.

I just feel for this to be so dragged out they must have had a slight issue with one of the betas and maybe iOS was ready with beta 5 but one of the others stopped it coming out as they like to release them together, I kinda feel like next week is more likely that being said I wish it was today

Perhaps they are finalizing a few things. Apple does not 100% rely on betas for fixing things. Not long ago they released firmware whenever they had things patched without betas and betas were early releases to developers when there were new API's and such they needed to incorporate to their apps. Typically an x.0 or x.x release. Any x.x.x security updates or patches were simply released when they thought they were ready. So they apparently are finishing up the latest bug reports, polishing, and optimizing the last build for a final release.
