I would do everything indicated in the page I'm linking to https://beta.apple.com/sp/betaprogram/unenroll, including leaving the program. Then I'd re-enroll again as if it was the first time.

If you've already done that or it doesn't work, you might want to restore your phone.
I think it's a safari issue .
When I use google chrome on iPad , it works .However, I can't use chrome for enroll my iPad

What about downloading the profile onto your computer then emailing it to yourself? I remember last year around this time, I had problems with the iOS 9 PB profile. Kept giving me an error when I tried to download it directly on my device.

It was a safari issue . I allowed to always use cookies every site that I visit . It worked . Already installed the profile . Thanks

Interesting. Well if it ever occurs again, the workaround works pretty well. Then you have a copy of the profile with you all the time.

I remember that last year I needed to delete my public profile (IOS9) and then reinstalled iOS 10 public profile . Will be the same this year?

Almost certainly.
Dunno about that . iOS 9 had "iPS 9 beta profile..." in the file name. With the iOS 10 one its just named "iOS Beta Profile ...." And the expire date is way out. So potentially the same profile could work for 11. But who knows for certain.

Are you referring to the DP or PB profile? The Developer Profile definitely states iOS 10 in it. "iOS_10_beta_Configuration_Profile".

Edit:

I should clarify. When I originally downloaded it from the portal, the file is named what I posted above. Upon installing onto the device, "10" is removed and it becomes "iOS Beta Software..."

So you might be right. Maybe its open-ended now.

Correct and the old one stated 9 in the name after it was installed. Also the expire date is May 12 2019. Not that that means anything but why push a certificate thats only good for the current years iOS three years out? Guess we will see soon. Not a big deal to remove old and install the new one anyway.

If you have instaled 10.3.3 than you must download ipsw 10.3.2 and via itunes downdate with this file and shift key...

Yeah you can. You can "upgrade" to 10.3.2 using the ipsw file for 10.3.2 and shift+update. Also not supported but you can edit the info.plist file in your backup folder and change the version and build number in there from 10.3.3 back to 10.3.2 info. Then it will restore. Either of these options should work. (not both just pick one)
