I'm not really surprised we have another beta. The whole iOS 10 cycle has been full of "this is unprecedented except for one exception that somehow doesn't count" moments. We should just realize the fact that Apple must have changed the way they handle betas this year.

They didn't. Apple does not seed their iOS to third party download websites period. Not even after release.
The seeding has not been done on the third party website. That website is also not hosting the ipsw. It is only pointing out to Apple servers.
That website is only saying that it is uploaded on May 3.
How is the website saying that the date of upload is 3 May- even if on Apple servers
How did that website know that the date of upload of the file on Apple server is May 3.

They don't know, because there is no way they have access to Apple's servers to see that.

Not even sure where you are seeing that date. But maybe they created the links in anticipation of a release for when it is available. Who knows but they certainly didn't have access to it before Apple released it. What site are you even referring to?

On this given link, please select iphone and then on next screen select any particular model. It will open up a page wherein the date of uploading and release is mentioned.

Sorry Just not seeing it. I see 5/15 as the date of 10.3.2. and 4/3 for 10.3.1. Oh well not to worry no idea, but rest assured they didn't get it earlier than Apple released it.

Thats not possible. You cannot have iOS 10 and iOS 11 betas in the channel at the same time. No one would test iOS 10 betas. Everyone would jump ship to iOS 11.
Why isn't this possible? Apple did it with the 9.3.3 betas while 10.0 betas were available.

Alright well we all know this will be released publically June 5th after WWDC. Then iOS 11 beta 1 will seed right away. We will probably only see 2 betas.
We don't know that at all. iOS 9.3.3 Beta 1 was released May 23, 2016. iOS 10.0 Beta 1 was released June 13, 2016. iOS 9.3.3 Beta 3 was released June 21, 2016. iOS 9.3.3 was released July 18.

Well look at that, you are correct and I am wrong. But that 100% completely illustrates my point. I am not even a developer and I didn't touch 9.3.3 beta or final because I was already on iOS 10. Release a beta for the previous version while the new one is in beta is plain stupid.

But I know how they did it. Unlike previous version of iOS, they had an iOS 9 OTA Profile and a new iOS 10 OTA Profile. Up until iOS 9, iOS betas were .ipsw only. So that explains how it was possible. But still incredibly stupid.

looks like 10.3.2 fixed the multitasking animation on my iPhone 7. I'm almost tempted to update my iPad from iOS 9. almost.

Not really stupid. The newest iOS betas would be more for developers to get their apps working and tested. The older version betas would be to test a bit before rolling it out to the masses in case like the one (maybe 8.0.1) that killed cellular connectivity. So two different things technically. x.x.x betas more for testing for issues and stability and x.0 betas new API's and such for a new OS.

Who is really gonna be testing the previous version? Thats my point. Developers won't and if anyone is interested in beta testing, they are going to want iOS 11, not iOS 10.3.4.
