Seems like at least some are just staying it for petty much any day just to get their post in.

I hate to say it but given how Apple has played with our minds this year on betas, it ^could* be today! I'd be shocked, but it wouldn't be the first time.

(Ain't happenin' today)

I really dont care for these betas... I want IOS 11
[doublepost=1496062734][/doublepost]
Tuesday.Why people cares about these IOS 10 betas, IOS 11 is around the corner. Just 1 week for IOS 11 beta
I mean, a week ago you posted "Let's speculate. Will iOS 10.3.3 Beta 2 be released this week?" Now you find it weird that people are speculating about that very same release?

To be fair, I don't care about iOS 10.3.3 either, since iOS 11 beta is just around the corner. I haven't even bothered installing the beta of 10.3.3. I just find it weird that you seem to be the one that always wants to start the speculations and then you say you don't understand why people care.

I just received an app update, are those updates independent from a holiday in the U.S. or not? If not, then their could be a chance, I think.

Well, a posted a week ago. A week ago did make sense to speculate about beta 2 . NOW NO!(at least for me) Just one week left for the event!

Yes, they are independent. Apple is closed on Sunday yet app updates come out on Sunday all the time. They may even be closed on Saturday and updates definitely come out on Saturday.

Can you explain the mechanism how do they achieve the independence.

iOS updates are released by Apple while app updates are ultimately released by the developer. Sometimes Apple can approve an app update but the developer can decide to release it when they way (like right away or perhaps a day or a few days later if they want to for some reason).

This. EA releases an update every 6-8th Monday depending on the previous size of the update. They get it approved ahead of time so its always ready to be released, that way there is no gap in the content of the game. Sometimes Apple's approval takes 1 day, other times a week. So they are always approved ahead of time.

Yes, you'll need to pay the $99/year fee.

In order to get developer betas, yes, you need to pay $99 a year.

If you still want to run betas, but are willing to wait until they hit the Public Beta Channel, you can register here:https://beta.apple.com/sp/betaprogram/

These typically come out the same week as X.x.x builds, but X.0 builds usually not for 4-6 weeks after the first developer build.
[doublepost=1496164627][/doublepost]Rather interesting that there are no macOS or tvOS updates..
