Same with my note 12.2

Flawless device.

It's great isn't it. I should have got one ages ago. I had a play with the 12.2 before I bought mine. This was everything I wanted in an android tablet. After having the galaxy tab 2 10.1 I was a bit reluctant to get another samsung tablet. They keyboard is really good. I might not even install SwiftKey after all.

And a worse screen. And worse camera. And worse battery life on tasks when the screen is on. And worse support. And few useful and innovative features. And worse ecosystem.

Both are priced accordingly.

The camera and battery are true, the rest is false. I love the Nexus 5 Screen, its way better then the 5s IMO. I don't really care about the camera and a 20$ battery case solved my battery problem. ALL that for half the price.

Actually it was free for me as I used my upgrade. Had I got an iPhone my plan would have gone up by 40$ a month for the luxury of having an iPhone. So my decisions were a free Nexus 5, or just pay $790 after tax for an iPhone 5s 16GB

The N5 did have an incredible screen. I couldn't deal with the camera, but this was before Google fixed it with updated software.

Go reply to your same incorrect comments made in the other thread. Lots of good information awaits your reading pleasure. We all look forward to your replies. :D

Here's a tip, stop trying to bash the Note series Super AMOLED Displays. They are proven the best around. Period /discussion. Feel free to try and post more accurate credible findings than those that await you.

so if I open music app 100 times a day (which I don't know why I would do that....), it saves me a massive 10 sec?

Great.

Worse screen ? You have had hands-on time with the iPhone 6 to tell ?

Worse Battery life ? Again stating something as a fact without evidence to prove statement. My iPhone 5 & 5S hardly had record breaking battery lives - indeed would routinely end the day with less battery left than my android or even windows phone devices using them for all the same things.

Worse support ? err How - it has great support direct from Google ?

Few innovative features ? What you mean like Wireless Charging / NFC etc... some of which Apple still won't have.

Worse ecosystem ? Please just stop trolling the forum with this nonsense.

Its perfectly ok to think the iPhone 6 is going to be great, and for many it will be. I'll likely pick up a 64gb iPhone 6 myself... But grow up and don't just spread utter FUD and troll threads trying to get a reaction to ridiculous babyish claims that you are posting all over MacRumors at the moment. It's just pathetic the way you have been trolling in a really sad way - and all you are doing is making yourself look like a total schmuck....

Yeah it was more of a chance at appealing to the poster to invoke some common sense and grow up ... I realise it is likely a futile attempt. ;) :)

I was talking about the 5s already being way better than the Nexus 5. Be it on screen, camera, hardware, battery life when the screen is one, support (way more than 18 months), etc.

I'm sure there is no comparison with the iPhone 6.

Nexus 5 is still a great value
-We shall see how bad the 3rd ios upgrade is for the 5S (I'm sure the iphone 4 on ios7 scenario will continue)
-Battery life when the screen is on should damn well be better considering screen size & pixels pushed

not everyone thinks it is so cut and dry, and you cannot just ignore cost

shouldnt you wait for the nexus 6, or whatever it is called, to compare the ip6 to?

Why? The 5s is a great comparison, no? And it blows the Nexus out of the water. However both are priced accordingly, despite the market thinking that the Nexus 5 is trash, otherwise sales wouldn't be so dismal when compared to more expensive devices.

I agree it's a better screen. Plus it's larger, which is MUCH better, even ignoring other factors. Even if it was worse I'd take it all day long over the 5s which I struggled to get anything done other than make phone calls with because it was so freaking small. They really made full use out of having slim bezels, versus Apple who has those huge bezel on the 5s reducing the screen size that much further.

Man, to think I rocked the 5s for the better part of a year. Whenever I have to fix my wife's iPhone 5 I just laugh out loud at how much of a joke that tiny stamp sized screen is. It could be the best screen in the world, but if I have to hunch over it with my eyes inches away just to read something then it doesn't matter.

Just cant agree with you there.. I'd rather use the nexus 5 over the ip5s for screen size alone.

So you literally laugh at your wife over what phone she uses?
