And if they won't fix the problem of their own doing, I would seek to be made whole or find another business. I would not abuse and cheat a company that I had complained had done the same to me year after year. That is wrong and you know it. That is distorted dysfunctional thinking. It's not weird. Verizon has always had this. You can go into a Verizon store and get accessories, or other devices like iPads and charge it to your account, but they only allow you to charge so much.

Mine is being shipped via FedEx. Online it does not show a Hold For Pickup option. Does anyone know how strict Fedex will be about this if I call them and request a hold?
Also, a rep on Verizon chat said he could not change the shipping address due to the high volume of Iphone X's in transit. He suggested I contact their Orders department via Phone. Again, any idea how strict they are about this?
I won't be home Friday in time for delivery so I'm trying to explore one of the options above to receive my phone Friday. Any advice?
