I got my order confirmation at 12:01 am PDT on 10/27.
I’ve tried live chatting with verizion and they are telling me it won’t ship till tomorrow! I don’t understand. Has anyone else’s not shipped yet?

No movement from me. Then again the destination ship address is only 3 miles from the FedEx hub in Memphis so where it is now is probably the final destination. Hopefully once the other phones ship out they get the address change finalized tonight and then can get my phone on a truck overnight and out for delivery by tomorrow morning for delivery (fingers crossed)

Mine was pushed from 4:00 to 8:00 PM, to now 12:00-2:55 PM.

I just called FedEx again, and was finally told bad news. From the Escalation team there, and now from Verizon, it has to go to the original location hub, then get re-routed. This f**king sucks. I'm so sick of a thousand different answers.Not getting phone tomorrow.

They told me the same thing so I had them send another one to go to the original address. I double checked and they do have the original address on it but still said it could be delayed. I’ll be kind of mad if it does since it’s going to the same place.

how can we order online at 3am and pick up in the store tomorrow if we already have a pre order in and are doing the trade in option.

My phone is 50% paid off and I am trading it in for the X. Wouldn't I have to cancel that order to be able to go through the order process tonight and do the trade in so I can pick it up in a store tomorrow?

If it hasn't shipped they can cancel in the store if they have any available
