how can we order online at 3am and pick up in the store tomorrow if we already have a pre order in and are doing the trade in option.
My phone is 50% paid off and I am trading it in for the X. Wouldn't I have to cancel that order to be able to go through the order process tonight and do the trade in so I can pick it up in a store tomorrow?
Mine also says 8pm, I guess considering the volume of deliveries, all the times ot pushed back.
Changed my shipping address, option was grayed out during the order process, to my work address on Monday and was told today by Fedex that I will receive the phone on Tuesday instead of tomorrow.
So wait, when did you officially change your address, on Monday? And did you change your address through FedEx customer service or Verizon?? And when did FedEx say that your package will be there Tuesday instead?? (Sorry for all the questions, just trying to compare to my situation lol)
I just noticed my tracking page has a "Customer exception request number" that appears to be a confirmation for my address change. Does yours? That may be a good sign.
This isn’t true. I just had Belkin replace my cracked one for free that I bought from Apple. I didn’t even have to send the old one back to them.With the Belkin screen protector, if it cracks, wears out etc., you are on your own. The Zagg has a warranty for as long as you own your device. Should my screen protector have any of the aforementioned problems, I only have to pay shipping to get a new one.
