I was trying around 1 as practice to see what info I’ll need to input and then bam it got added to my cart and I didn’t hesitate and plugged in all my info
 
Here I am again, up at 2am for some damn reason. Why does this happen to me every year. I've moved out of my parents house, built a career got engaged, had children and bought a house. These preorder megathreads every year seem to be the only constant in my life.

Try logging out of you account then go to home page click on iPhone x bubble in top right and the pick what you want conitinue then click already have a line that’s how i got it

I went into the app --> shop --> questions/messages in top right corner, typed iPhone X, clicked the link, then opened the page on my MacBook via Handoff. I was able to do the same in reverse (MacBook --> iPhone) when it would freeze. I finished the order on my iPhone.

Feel free to compare your order confirmation when your order is successful.

Hope everyone gets a launch day delivery.
 
I was able to upgrade through the business site as well. I'm still going to try through Apple though just in case Verizon cancels or pushes the date out.

So yeah that's why people screenshotting that page was meaningless.
