Holy crap. I was able to complete my order via the business site at 1:10 AM CST. Three phones ordered and all delivering on release day!

I was told yesterday by CS that device dollars cannot be used on pre-orders.

Some quick notes:

- Input your card/billing info now to save time

- Know if you have any outstanding fees to pay

- No upgrade fee ($30) when processing in the Verizon app. There is an upgrade fee when processing on the verizonwireless.com website.

- Don't forget your Device Dollars!

That sucks. I wonder if there is some sort of future dated price change on your account? I know you said Verizon canceled the change but maybe they future dated change is still there. Usually if you have a price change set for the future, you can't upgrade at all. Idk, hope everything works out bro
