My insurance with Verizon went from $9 to $11. When I did my test runs with the 8, I was able to keep the $9 insurance. Did this happen to anyone else?
I didn't have any caffeine but I am still too wired to go back to sleep (I have to be up at 5 am anyways for work) but I can relate!Is anyone else a little disappointed?
1. I drank an organic green coffee bean and guarana strawberry beverage.
3. Had at least 4 devices ready with 3 browsers and 1 app open.
2. Installed auto refresh for Chrome.
Just like everybody else, took less than a minute and email came right after that. I'll be up for hours...what am I going to do now?
So, my local Verizon Rep sent me a link at 6:00 PM. I kept a close eye on the link and the app. When the app had the countdown timer to 5 minutes left the link he gave me had 25 SECONDS left. So when the link opened up I ordered straight away and was able to get a delivery date of 11/03. I am an account manager. However, when checking out for the email notifications and contact number it listed my mom's old COX email which we no longer have access to and our home phone which we disconnected earlier this year. I didn't change anything because I was too scared something would go wrong. So now how can I get notifications on shipping and order info due to not being able to use current information? Can I ask Verizon to change the email and number? I'm too nervous to change anything right now. Or can I still get shipping updates on the Verizon websites Orders section?
I agree, only downfall is no change in shipping address. I switched from att to Verizon on my sisters plan and she gave me all the account info. Billing and shipping address was linked to her and could only be changed with the verification code. Hoped to change it to my address since I live two states away but was unable to. Hopefully I can call and see if the can change it?
Looks like my preorder went thru. Got my email confirmation at 1:59am. iPhone X Space Gray 256 GB. I was able to use my annual upgrade on this and will be trading in my iPhone 7 Plus Space Gray 256 GB. Only thing I paid today was the $30 upgrade fee.
Absolutely no issues with preordering this year. A little too good to be true with the Verizon site live a few minutes before 2am. Feels suspicious but I’m sure everything will be fine.

ordered on Verizon's website with email confirmation of 11/3 delivery! apple website and app was down for me until 312am.

I was able to place the order and i got my order confirmation email. They put a dollar on my credit card to see if it goes through which it did.
That should mean that the card is good and they didnt have any issues right? I had a billing address update and I am just paranoid that it will somehow mess it up. I updated the billing address on verizon and not my credit card..
just dont want to be out of luck due to this. Is there anywhere online I can check my status on verizons site?

Did anyone else get a notice that the Apple Store was unable to reach Verizon servers? Unfortunately, I got that, and it said my phone would be ready to ship in 2-3 weeks. I tried to do a new order to pick up at a store but it says there's already a reservation on my line and to follow the instructions emailed. I haven't received any emails, and there's nothing in my order history on the Apple site.
Also, I couldn't even log in to this forum without having to refresh multiple times! I feel like the Internet gods hate me.
Edit: I see now that I’ll get an email within 24 hours. Totally missed that in the craziness.
