I run a dance music internet forum for a UK based magazine and every eighteen months they buy me some new tech... I am hoping that come September they will buy me a new Macbook Air to go with the iMac.....

I think I may be addicted to shiny computers....... :)

I've used a 2011 MacBook Air (the one without backlit keys) for several days once, and it really is a 'screamer', haha :)

How such a thin notebook can be so powerful! Really amazing. I'd go for the 13" personally :cool:

I will second the call for a job....

I have been unemployed now since Christmas.. I am keeping myself busy by working as a volunteer at my local Immigration Activity Center where I am teaching English and helping run events, however my insurance will not last forever and a job would be fantastic... A waiting to hear about two I have applied for.

im 80% it is/was (looks like the owner is in the process of rebuilding it) going to be street legal, turn signals, tail light, plate mount

I am in my final year at uni - and my personal laptop is gone... however I have Toshiba Satellite with Work - and it's beginning to go now too :( ... I work writing reports and doing evaluations but I often would design the reports and design posters and material for clients too so I would love a macbook pro...going on holiday next year so dunno if I will get one then but work my replace my toshiba with a macbook ... although I want it so it's my own and not someone else's. anyway - we'll see - next summer I'll prob get one...

To be fair, no one has one yet. Won't launch until end of year in Japan, and next year in the US. However, the CPU is roughly twice as powerful as the A5 in the iPad 2 :eek:
