If only these babies weren't 1500 euros ):
Anyone lucky enough to own a pair around here?

Should be able to get these in 6 months to a year.

Koenigsegg Agera R.

Man, I would absolutely KILL just to own an Agera. Doesn't even have to be the R model, just an Agera would so awesome!

Canon EOS 5D Mark III

While the iPhone has a nice good solid 8MP Camera, it would be really nice to have my very own DSLR. Not only does this one shoot really amazing looking photos, it'll double as a strong HD camcorder to use too.

Koenigsegg Agera! OMG I'd cycle to the north pole in order to get one! Well for me, it's an intuos5 tablet. Quite modest I believe.

Despite the skinned Android experience, I really want it for the screen (which I've read is amazing).

An NY State Driver's License... I took the 5 hour course yesterday and had 90 minutes of lesson today. I've already driven a lot, have a United Kingdom license, but that isn't transferable. My instructor said I'm ready, so my test is on June 14th. Once that's done I'll be much happier.

I'd also love this, it's just $14000 out of my price range :(

Decent '72. A friend in HS had a '72. I personally am a fan of the '67s, followed by the '70s.

I had a pair of those. They sound pretty good. Probably one the best pair of in-ear buds I've ever had... even better than some of the more expensive buds I've owned.

May I ask why it sounds (no pun intended) like you don't have them anymore?

They don't sound that good, IMO. I suppose they're worth the money because they come with the remote, but unlike 2 years ago, there are now a few in-ear earphones with remote to choose from.

Anyway.......

I either want this bike with Shimano Tiagra and down-tube gear shifters....

Or the slightly more expensive version with Campy Veloce gearing, and "regular" gear shifters on the dropbar.

What I really want is the Campagnolo gearing and down-tube shifters!!

I've never tried this sort of shifter, but it's supposed to be much more reliable, and shift smoother (like a much more expensive bike). I'd be a bit concerned about taking my hand off the bike handles in order to change gears, but I'm sure I'd get used to it if other people used to use them!!

I have a pair, and I'd say that they're good but not great. On Amazon, they have a 3.5/5 star rating, and I'd say that's about right. I got mine when they were around $50, which is a good price point for them. I've improved my pair to a 4/5 by adding some Comply foam tips.

To stay on topic (although I don't have a picture of what I want):

When it comes to in-earphones, this is what I'm waiting for: a pair of wireless bluetooth in-earphones that are just as small and light as wired in-ear buds. It would be great if they weren't attached to each other by a cable (so each would have their own battery). I don't really care about them having a remote. I haven't seen anything like this around, but I'd guess we'll see them sometime in the next few years.

I moved to "ergoshifters" a while ago and it is safe to say I'll never go back. What makes you want downtube shifters so bad? Most bikes now don't have a downtube shifter option and for good reason. It is obsolete.

My reasonable purchase, for when I get a full-time job next year hopefully. (It's the Golf GTD, a diesel GTi)

I've wondered when the technology would arrive where we'd be able to have a little wireless controller sending electrical 'audio' impulses directly into our auditory nerve, with variable mixing volume of 'environmental sound' (ie what the ear actually hears).

In other words, earphones that are actually in-ear. À la Cochlear implants but perhaps not so surgically invasive (if that's possible). It could also be powered by bioelectricity, and we'd never get physical hearing damage, and we'd wouldn't need any more cables, batteries...ever again.
