Do you know how many different UIs there are? The standard one, launcherpro, ADW, Zeam, GO Launcher, QuickDesk, Launcher7 TouchWiz, SenseUI, Motoblur, Kindle Fire UI, MIUI Android and a whole bunch more.

Seriously, I can't believe that you've tried them all and couldn't find something that was a bit pleasing. Maybe you don't want to do all that work, which is fine, but the vast amount of UIs mean there is something for almost everyone.

I bet Espier Launcher would be right up his alley.

Finally Internet Explorer plays nice with HTML5. Time to test more! :)

The big question for Mango users is: since the update to IE 9 and its HTML5 friendliness... does mobile Gmail work? (i.e. look like how it does on iOS and Android browsers)? And does the Google Maps web app work?

On NoDo, the Gmail "app" looks like something you'd see on a WAP-enabled dumbphone. And there's no Maps web app at all.

Just to add an update. After having my Titan 2 weeks now i feel the battery is improved from the first day or two (when i wrote the review). Yesterday it was fully charged and i listened to 3 hours of music, about an hour of Youtube and an hour of calls (via bluetooth headset) and im at 58% battery life. Estimated usage says i have another day out of it. My Mozart would be nearly dead by now.

I wish Sony makes a white Xperia Arc running WebOS. But it will remain a dream :(

Hopefully BBX and either of Meego or WebOS picks up next year. iOS is good so far but need something fresh. Especially the way they copied the ugly android like notifications (i would prefer a notifications page available via a side swipe gesture, not just a pane). I don't like android despite much trial with it and WP7 is nice and good but MS execs keep talking about how it doesn't need this and that instead of "we are working on it".

Need more competitors with a brain.

I've long been a staunch supporter of WebOS, but I think it's time to admit that this operating system is, for all intents and purposes, dead. After two great failures, first by Palm and then HP, the road to recovery is just too steep.
