Ipod HiFi
Apples smallest Iphone ever - 3 inches

You have some interesting ideas. Better not hold your breath though.

So the difference between SE and regular 17 is an ultra wide and 1 new chip gen, and 120hz? That could be worth it. But then again, the difference between regular 17 and 17 Pro is.. the tele lens? For like $300 more? Who in their right mind is gonna get that?

No. There will be the SE and the Air and the two Pro’s. No regular iPhone.

I am looking forward to Apple finally realizing that they need to be making Siri a whole lot better. We’ll see what she can do when she finally gets the attention worthy of a product that is on every Apple device.

Hmm. I bought a new M3 Pro laptop this year because my old emoji keyboard laptop finally broke down completely and since it was defective by design it wasn't worth fixing. Worst Apple product in the past 10 years.

I also upgraded my iphone XS to a 16 this december.

I'm afraid Apple isn't getting any of my money in 2025.

Maybe a Mac Studio in 2026... if i decide i need one...

What I am looking for:
  1. Powerbeats Pro with USB-C and still 10 hours of battery life in the earphones.
  2. Studio Display with 5K 120 Hz or better over one Thunderbolt cable

Definitely will be considering a new iPhone next year. Not sure if I’ll get the “Air” or 17 Pro Max.

If we get AirPods Pro 3 then I’ll upgrade to them. Might get a new Apple Watch too!

Would love to see the Air Pods Pro upgraded to metal (titanium?) with a metal case. The white plastic is...fine...but it's plastic.
It would look cool, but the performance would bite the big pickle. Devices like iPhones and iPads, have much stronger radios and there are radio frequency windows on them that are made out of glass. An Air Pod does not have the space for that.

If iPhone 17 air is lighter than this could be a new tote of mini phones that people don’t know they need yet.

I'm really looking forward to 1st Gen Vision headset or 2nd Gen Vision Pro. Anxious to see if / how much the price comes down. Not expecting either to be available in 2025 though. Guessing we'll have to wait until 2026, unfortunately.

So I found 1 person that want the iPhone air. Can I ask why?
Why wanting less battery and less camera to save 2mm. What is the benefit?
Hi! Thanks for asking.

Camera: I use the camera quite rarely. I occasionally take a photo of something funny in everyday life or, for example, a receipt. For me, the camera quality has been good enough since the iPhone 6.

Size and weight: I like it when a phone feels light in the hand. It’s easier to handle that way. I also appreciate aesthetics. In my opinion, slim and flat designs are beautiful.

Battery life: My usage is very light. A phone’s battery easily lasts me a full day and beyond.

Isn’t it nice that Apple also offers an option for people like me? And there are still those thicker phones with better cameras and bigger batteries available.

Sounds like an interesting year for iPhone.

The iPhone 17 Air has piqued my interest, but the camera/lens is an area in which I'm not willing to compromise, so will wait and see what Apple will deliver, come september. Also not too keen on the rumored switch from Titanium back to Aluminum for the Pro models. Strange to say, but the 16 Pro honestly sounds the most appealing, of all the current and rumored iPhones.

The "Command Box" or "Home Hub" sounds great. Do want!

I might also be in the market for a new laptop for work, so looking forward to seeing the new M4 Air and/or M5 Pro.

This has been one of the hardest things about my transition back to iPhone. Siri is just flat-out horrible.

I would like to see Apple figure out a way to deliver 3-5 days of battery life for the watch. Until then, I'll stick with Garmin devices.

The 17 Pro may be worth it if they give it a significant visual change and maybe a few other improvements.

That’s the million dollar question. There has to be more to it than that. This “17 Air” sounds less capable than the current 16 Plus with maybe the exception of the better 120Hz OLED display. Less battery life, downgraded camera system (unless it’s more advanced with a mechanical aperture) and who knows what else was jettisoned for the sake of thinness.

I’m looking forward for an Apple that is paying attention to its products. No more years of neglect, have state of the art tech that justifies the premium prices. The guarantee that if you buy a premium Apple product today you could rest assured that it will support the software for the coming years. Meaning capable enough (RAM) to work with the software to come. A more honest Apple that plays nice with others and not uses its ecosystem to lock you in and force you to buy Apple products. If the Apple products are good enough they wouldn’t use this tactic. Also an honest Apple that’s not using environmental friendly as a marketing phrase (no more glueing and soldering, make it upgradable and repairable).

I wish for a less profit and investor focused approach and a technology driven best of class approach. A more focused Apple which is not using privacy for marketing purpose but puts its words into action.

I also wish they stopped milking their loyal fanbase by asking exorbitant money for RAM, SSD’s and ask fair prices for their refurbished products.

All in all an Apple that is nimble, innovative and thrustworthy so I could be a proud Apple user again.

A trustful roadmap for all their products.

I can wish, can’t I? 😅

More powerful AppleTV with return of dedicated audio outputs.

Apple Watch decoupled from dependency on the iPhone, with return of smaller screen option.

New 12" Macbook - need smaller screen options not bigger.

A smaller iPhone - screen wise - dont care about thickness.

A monitor that doesnt have embarrasingly bad specifications.
