Do they have the percentage on the iPad?

My sister and I both have the iPhone Xs Max, when swiping right to notifications, then Edit to add Battery percentage widget, on my phone the widget is there to add, but on my sister's phone there is no widget to add. In control centre the battery percentage shows on both phones, so it's just the widget that's missing on one phone. I've done a hard reset but it hasn't changed anything, has anybody any suggestions or have the same problem?
Perhaps you need more than just the phone itself for this to show up, like maybe an Apple Watch or a Bluetooth headphones etc. Then add the widget (if it shows up :) and then remove the additional devices again. Just an idea.

That’s weird

What do you mean why!? Why do you some people like to watch porn. Cause it’s there choice! Lol
So you want to constantly drain your battery so that it constantly updates the percentage? Why when it’s readily available in iOS and would defeat the purpose of it not always on. Just a quick check here & there is better and your battery lasts longer.

It’s the addict in me I guess. I am an IT guy so I am on it 9 hours a day. That’s why

Then you want the percentage off. Having it always on drains your battery faster. Just look at the meter when it starts to get low then check. Even being always on with work crap from Outlook the phone should last a day or two on a single charge. My year old X does with Outlook constantly notifying me with work email, calendar appointments, and Skype for business messages. If you’re not making it easily through the day your battery health is dying and should be replaced. Let the stress of percentage go, it’s not really beneficial as it appears.
