Delivered – just 13 minutes into my window. Loving the midnight green, the colour appears to change depending on the how the light hits it.

Going to setup as new and download things as needed.

Has anyone ordered online through Apple Store? They provided tracking number from syncreon, which shows out of delivery as of 8am this morning. my understanding is they will hand over the parcel to the delivery company, but i haven't got anymore information on when will my parcel be delivered.

Syncreon means it will ship with DHL/UKMail. I've had email updates from Apple and text message updates from DHL, including a 1h delivery window.

Been playing with my Space Grey 11 Pro for a few hours now. Wow I had not realised how much I have missed the smaller size. After using the XS Max for a year I was finding it a bit too cumbersome for daily use.
Plus the cameras seem great - may go for a walk at lunch to try them out!

My Max came from Vodafone via DPD, complete with a sachet of hot Chocolate to enjoy whilst I set it up...

Paid for pre-12 delivery and it was here at 11:58! Cutting it fine but I’m happy!

Not due at the Apple Store until 4ish but know I’m going to have a hell of a job choosing between Midnight Green and Space Grey, got both reserved.
Hopefully the green isn’t too light a shade in direct sunlight ??

Is it just me or does the packaging of the iPhone feel worse than previous years?

The cardboard of the box, the feel when you open it and the plastic on the phone all feels a lot cheaper and lower quality than previous years.

Do you really care? It's just packaging.

I’ve just come out of the Liverpool store. I upgraded on the iUP. I originally reserved the 64 max in green but they said they had them all in stock so swapped it for the 256! The man was sound. In and out in about 40 mins!

The queue was fine. About 16 people when I joined but soon went down. They seem to have it all under control!

This is turning into a waste of a day off - 12:30 slot to pick up at reading. Came in around 10 hoping for a small queue I could maybe skip into. Constantly batted away. Come back for my actual reserved slot and the queue is 3x longer than it was earlier in the morning :/

The fact that there were severe delays on the Victoria line this morning did nothing for my stress/excitement combo.
Can't imagine how slow today will go for those with late afternoon/evening pickup reservations

Think so - I think everything is refreshed. Be prepared for a queue depending how late you’re coming in

Seems like there are walk-ins a that get given a reservation slot so that is taking up some time from the sales people otherwise the reservation queue would move a bit quicker

Doesn’t help that their app/website are quite confusing - button for iUP is a tiny bit of text on the website and can’t see it on the app anywhere. preordered immediately for an 8:30 but didn’t realise it was a ‘pay outright’ so cancelled and reordered for pickup. Should have just kept the original and returned it/switched to iUP in store
