Literally the guy in front has a later slot than us behind - they aren’t controlling this at all - apple person checked him in regardless

Don’t have amazon deliver high value items unless having it delivered to an amazon locker or local collect shop. Had bad experiences before with amazon logistics.

I would be so angry! Have you told the employee about that?
 
Phone has been delivered. The matt back feels lovely, but I've hidden it away in the clear case anyway.

DPD Driver said he'd delivered 40 of the exact same boxes this morning.

OK I have it. I didn't get a delivery slot via text. I just rocked up at the store and it had been delivered.

Setting it up now. Seems to be taking a while, stuck on "Setting up your Apple ID"

Anyone else had this?
 
For those having screen protectors and stalled in store, which one did you go for, £20 or £30.
Personally I prefer the thinner ones you always used to get.

Can’t be arsed - was the employee that let it through and just whispered to him ‘some people don’t like it if you have a later slot in front ‘ - yeah no **** Sherlock

Got it now and I’m out - sales person was helpful. When I mentioned I accidentally bought one for 8:30 and cancelled it, she said do t bother and keep the slot next time and they’ll refund it.

my delivery is late and the DHL map has disappeared 😭

DHL always let down I was so hoping to have DPD!

Usually means they have missed your slot, i've had them mark as delivered then turn up with my package an hour later...
 
Driver on delivery 48, I'm 56. 30 mins until my slot starts. It's going to be on time and I can't wait.

I had a 12-12:30 slot (in my lunchbreak) and when I got there was told they were behind. Lady almost at the back of the queue just in front of me was 11-11:30 and was still over an hour from being seen.

I had to walk away and cancel. Shambles

Personally I find encrypted iTunes backup requires me to log in to far less of my apps than an iCloud restore.
