I just sold my iPhone 11 Pro Max 64gb for 600 privately And called Apple Care support this morning and had £85 refunded! There was only 447 left on the finance!
And also with ee you can gift 120gb of data so I will put the wife on a 2nd line £9 I think it is and gift 30gb a month across
iPhones since the Xs have dual sim - eSim and Physical.
eSIM is provided as a QR code in the UK. If we were more advanced like other networks they can actually give you a link within the app that you click on and it installs the eSIM.
Three only do eSim from selected stores in the North West
O2 and EE you can pick up from a store (that isnt closed from lockdown) or contact customer services and they will send a QR code to you. If a new contract you get a physical sim first then request an esim.
Vodafone will email the QR code or provide it in the MyVodafone app - not entirely sure which but I know you can get it digitally. You have to have a physical SIM first to be able to transfer over.
Once you are transferred to eSIM you can then put a physical SIM in the device as well.
i transferred from Vodafone physical SIM earlier this year, this was my process
PAC Code from Voda
Signed up for SIM only with EE and received physical SIM
Requested an eSIM
Provided PAC code to EE
Number transferred to physical SIM
Received eSIM
Added to device and activated via MyEE
Physical SIM died
Replaced physical SIM slot with my work O2 sim
For transfer to new phone on Friday I already have a replacement eSIM card ready to register and activate.

Yep me too. Buy outright from Apple, sim only contract. Easiest way. That way, I am not dependant on loan companies and phone companies and it gives me the flexibility to do what i want when i want

I am same with Very, coming straight from Distributor as I believe all systems will be. They will be here this week I have been told
I have an Xbox Series X on preorder with them. I did get an email last week Tuesday that it’s being delivered by DHL and to expect it tomorrow but I called their customer service today anyway. I was told exactly what they told you and I do have my suspicions about the validity. They haven’t even charged me yet. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to secure one through GAME which would have been my preferred retailer.
The key is to always order direct from Apple if you want the best chance of a launch day delivery, consistently, with good tracking info.
Did you get the refund first and then pay off Barclays?

No my preorder is with Argos. The email came from them last Tuesday letting me know it will be delivered tomorrow by DHL.
Argos system may be broke. Been ordering a game as it is nectar 5x period. Tried several times, and showing pending charges on credit card and no charge on Argos card. no order confirmation or order go through too
I guess AO would be the next big thing in UK online shopping scene. Argos, Currys, Very all have the hiccup in one way or another.
May be I may be wrong about AO too. Did not hear a complaint from people for now.
Completely understand, but as mention above, I won't be using it attached to the leather case most of the time. It's actually one of the reasons why I haven't bought the magsafe charger.
ive used all the networks and for me Vodafone is the best, got 650MB speeds on it using a S20+ 5G, quite impressive
