Xbox series x is now available to add to plan on EE for anyone still wanting to get one.

This is why EE is the best network. Managed to get one for next day delivery via EE. Also like the ability to spread the cost through the contract without any interest.

Didn't know they did this.

If my PS5 pre-orders fail I'll have to remember to check EE.

Do you know how adding an Xbox to your EE plan works? Maybe tempted when the PS5 comes out if they do similar - Do they just spread the cost of the console over your contract at 0% or something?

That’s cool just went to the add to plan page and it says I’m not eligible as I must be within the first 17 months of my contract which is odd as I just moved to a 24 month sim only one yesterday!

If they only had 3 consoles to be had then there’s absolutely no chance of any ps5s as well,we all know it’s the superior console 😊

Yeah they are doing same with HomePod mini. Think it’s £9 a month.

It only says that if you are currently in the process of upgrading. As your iPhone 12 is processing you can’t add to plan online.
You can try call and they can add it over the phone or you must wait until you receive your new device and your new contract starts and then it will allow you to add to plan online.

The postman has just delivered me both a physical 5G and a 5G eSim after I upgraded my SIMO deal with O2 at the weekend. I only wanted the eSim and I'll need to initiate the sim swap on Friday. Anyone know how long a sim swap takes?

I got two charges which i queried via chat and was told its a glitch and will disappear in 24 hours.

I've saved the chat transcript just in case lol.

I find these charges quite common, I had a similar issue last month where I had £25 of charges, when I call they said it was an account glitch and they couldn't see any out of plan charges on my account and I could ignore them.

I did check my bill for that month to double check. So I would do the same.

3 have told me I don’t need to upgrade my contract or change my sim to use 5g can anyone else on 3 confirm this?
