Using the online chat I am afraid that I am still in the dark along with you. At least it's not a firm "no" at this point although I really don't think it looks at all promising. My Apple order hasn't budged from the 18th either.

Click manage your delivery - Top right.
Although that will probably only give you the courier being used.
You should see a link on your notification. From Syncreon you’ll eventually get a link to someone like DHL when your shipment is allocated.
My work uses DPD to deliver a lot of our products and the driver didn't have enough room to pick up all our stuff yesterday afternoon, they're absolutely chocker at the moment so do be patient with them tomorrow.
Sadly I cannot see that as I didn't log in when I ordered (just did it in a bit of a panic...) so the order isn't attached to my account and there is no way that I can see to track an order that is yet to be dispatched.
Other way around for me. Wife’s came via DHL and mine is coming via DPD haha.

Guys please don't post screenshots of your tracking anymore, it's only a matter of time before someone slips up and includes enough info for someone to delay or redirect your phone!
