Clearly you don’t live in the same area as I do. They’re useless around here. And as for their customer service....
I restored using iCloud as it showed about 8hrs phone to phone and I didn't wanted to try out the camera so opted for iCloud, it still took a good day though to get all the Apps pics and emails in, worse still was then trying to back it up on icloud that took a day of it stopping and starting on wifi! Will wait and see what happens but mine is set same as yours for picture optimise.
Customer service is top notch, same as Amazon, never been North of Watford so no idea if they have Antennas up there, maybe they just stick to built up areas rather than rural?
You’re the first person I have ever known to praise their customer service so you really surprise me but I’m very happy for you. If I remember rightly there was discussion in this very thread a few weeks ago about how bad Three are.
Of course it all depends on an individual’s personal experience. I considered myself extremely fortunate to escape their clutches a few years ago.

Yeah love my Pro Max because of this. I’ve also got a Pro and I’m have to charge it daily from a full charge every morning!
The battery life of the 12 Pro Max (and its predecessor the 11 Pro Max) is very impressive.
I am helping a friend now with Three and their customer service... boy do I want to bust out a hammer for hammer time!
3 don’t have customer service. They have a sales team and a 7 layer hellscape that was predicted by Dante.

I was going to post about this. My XS Max I was using about 80GB with iCloud Photos turned on so I stuck with 256GB for my new phone, and my Pro Max is saying I'm using 148GB? I had plenty of space left on my 200GB iCloud plan until I set up my new phone on Friday and now it says I've only got 18GB left so I've had to upgrade it 2TB.
Very strange.
I have done the same, arriving tomorrow, will most likely end up unused and eventually in the bin but hey its a gadget and its brand new out 😄

Chances are with this you still have your backups for your old phone as well as new phone, you can go in and manage the storage and backups available in iCloud.
The homepod mini seems nice but I wish it were a chargeable device and not something that as required to be plugged in at all times since I would largely want to use as mobile speaker. I returned an Alexa for this reason and actually told Amazon I thought they missold it as the pictures on their website show it sitting on a table with clearly no cable attached. So I was a bit mad when I got charged for returning.
I did that just this morning and managed to get rid of about 40GB of redundant backups.

I’m waiting on a reduction for the large ones to use as a stereo pair in the living room thanks to the new functionality with the Apple TV box.
I have rechargeable pucks that sit and connect under some of the Alexas so you can use them outside or wherever you want, something to consider if that's something you need
