Sorry Apple, you know I love you really, but this time - as far as I'm concerned, its a case of nice functionality, piss poor execution and materials.
This charger doesn't even make the bottom of my list, though I have no doubt some people will think it's the best thing since farts were invented and pay the stupid price
Whelp, I was worried, last night, while walking the dog with the wife, I said to her that I just wasn't excited, or at least I dint have 'that' feeling, about my i12PM (which is my new shorthand for the 12 Pro Max, sod typing that all of the time).
My theory was, because I'm so excited about Christmas - I'm getting a new M1 MacBook Air from my folks, and the wife has bought me a Lego N.E.S (I wasn't supposed to know about that, but she couldn't find stock, so she had to ask for help ) and whatever else I get between Christmas and Christmas Eve (my Birthday).
But thankfully, I was wrong, its due to be here in the next hour and I have the excited feeling 🥳 I'm even working away with a couple of my security camera feeds in the corner, so I can keep a beady on them ... I say working, clearly I'm faffing about on here, wasting time with pointless posts because I'm too excited.... But I was working earlier, honest.
Blimey, I just finished typing that, and this arrived....

Yeah it is pretty crazy. I’ll grant you I didn’t have to bother about money, my crazy parents like to go mental with presents for me and the wife at Christmas. We’ve tried telling them not to, but that just ends in an argument we can’t win, so what can you do.
But yeah, the MacBook Air I’m getting was only a little more than my iPhone 12 Pro Max. December is a fun month for me this year

Yeah the speed is insane really well worth it IMO
Just taken delivery of a M1 MBA today. Can already tell that the battery life is going to far outshine my 2020 iPad Pro (found the battery life very underwhelming on that).
Has anyone managed to get a 12 Pro Gold 256GB from EE recently? I ordered it back on 13th November but not heard a thing about it. I was originally told 14 days.
Normally around 36 hours. It has actually shipped and coming over from China but you won't get any shipping updates until its landed in the UK and assigned to a courier. Then it will changed to "Shipped" and will be with you in less than 48 hours.
Mine was less than 24 hours this time - something of a surprise to me because, as others have mentioned, having it sit there for days is not at all unusual.
I keep wondering how much - if at all, deliveries of things in the UK have been messed up lately, with the theft of that 6 million quids worth of gear, or did they eventually recover it. I lost track of the story.
Hi, so I placed an order for an iPhone 12 Pro on 1 Dec with a delivery date of 23rd. Payment was taken today but still saying Processing and delivery date still saying 23rd. Do you think I can expect this to come forward?
Edit: Now changed to Preparing to Ship, but still estimating 23rd...
Sounds like it could ship in the next 24 hours or so. If it’s coming from China then it could very well be delivered to you within a week so it could be about a week earlier than the present estimate. Good luck.

A fantastic device. Didn’t take too long to get used to the size, after switching from the 12 pro. The screen, camera and battery life are amazing.
