Which 15 Pro are you getting?

I’ve ordered a Natural Titanium 15 Pro 256GB though the website and have a confirmation email but the order isn’t showing up on the Apple Store app. Used the same Apple ID, is this normal or should I ring them?
Ordered on the app last year which went through fine. Been an absolute shambles this year.
It often takes a while for details to sync up on their backend systems on release day. If you’ve got the email it should be fine, it should all have updated and be showing by tomorrow.

Did they mention what would have happened if you didn't call?
Just curious if they would have automatically tried again later.

I wonder how many people ordered 15 Pro thinking that it does have x5 camera zoom option like in 15 Pro Max. Just saved 2 people at work as they did not check it properly and had 15 Pro’s in their baskets.

Oh wow, that doesn't help with the stress of pre-order day.

Update: 50 minutes on the phone listening to various music. Got through to a lovely staff member who took my card details and it all went through. He was very excited that it mentioned 22nd Sept for delivery :p
Great news it is getting sorted, but disappointed to hear this has been happening to a lot of people. Hopefully next year they can make the process easier without having to call.

I was just nosing around the EE site and noticed that the device cost they are showing is off for the 512GB and 1TB ProMax
  • 1TB £1,734.66
  • 512GB £1,518
In the basket area, it notes that the monthly cost for the phone is £62 and that it's a 24 month interest free credit agreement :oops: (£62 x 24= £1,488 + £30 = £1,518)

Did anyone on the IUP get a Pro Max for launch day? Couldn’t get into the store until about 13:15, and then couldn’t get it to retrieve my IUP info - either on the app or website - until about 13:30. Once I was able to reserve, it showed me launch day time slots, but when I confirmed it, it changed to 27th-2nd.

I appreciate it’s a super first world problem, but surely IUP customers are some of Apple’s most profitable - I realise I pay a fair premium for convenience, but instead leaves me a bit disappointed that it was such a palaver.

No launch day fun for the first time in a few years, but hey ho - good things come to those who wait…

I’ve got a pro max 256 natural in order for delivery between 2nd and 9th of October and also a normal pro natural 256 to collect on launch day.

I currently only use a pro but quite fancied going for the bigger model this year, but now it means waiting another couple of weeks…

They are pretty good with returns right? Say if I collect the pro on the 22nd and make sure it’s in a case with screen protector so it’s immaculate I could return it after a couple of weeks when the max arrives if I choose to keep that one?

you have 14 days to return the item, so should be all good.

Didn't work for me. also 50 mins on hold. Dude was saying "If you have an order number you're fine. It'll sort itself out soon or call back in an hour". Asked if he could take my details and do it over the phone but he wasn't having it. Also said other people have phoned up and had it processed but nah he wasn't interested.

Phoning back to get someone else more helpful.
