They should all do usb2 data at a minimum.

If it’s cheap, it won’t do faster than that. I just ordered this one. 2m, 100W charging speed, 10Gbps transfer rate.

Adding to basket. Have had mixed issues with some USBC to USBC with the iPad. Had to have it turned the right way etc otherwise doesn’t connect.

Not guaranteeing it will be any good, but the review comments were decent 😂

Ive seen issues using usb2 over usb-c. They’re not alway totally reversible (Should be for usb3 though).

I too need a Usb-A to USB-C cable for car play, there was an interesting article on 9to5 Mac. I was unaware but some cables are power only, so make sure you get one that carries data too.

USB-A to USB-C feels so wrong somehow.

didn't risk it personally with MM.. had a 850 and 800 saved but all the reductions left me with a feeling they aren't going to meet are quotes from last feb 🤣

decided to go with my UR 799 quote and not risk potentially losing £100 or so

It does seem odd but they have their uses. I’m currently looking for a USB-C to Micro-B to use with my Kindle.

I ordered through Apple but due to app loading issues I’ve got a delivery date in October. I’d consider cancelling if I can find it sooner with someone else

Can anyone explain why USB-C cables aren't USB 3 by default, why on Earth do they default to USB 2, is it because nobody plugs in any more?

Apple's 2M 100W cable is only USB 2 speeds, does anyone know why it's so much thicker and has bigger ends than the 1M version? In fact most cables seem to be like this, the shorter ones are smaller, longer ones are much thicker. Don't see this with Lightning

I bought one for the 5s or even earlier and it works perfectly to this day. Good cables.

Me too. Was going to order a Caudabe but on their website it says they are releasing an updated case for the action button so am holding off for now.

Correct but they are sending out the new one free as well and you can keep the old one it’s a no brainer,my sheath and synthesis are on their way to me,my favourite cases by a country mile
