The DHL snake disappeared early afternoon and just says will be delivered 8am-8pm
Dispatched my 13PM to Envirofone, used theri Royal Mail Web Portal to create a QR code so the post office can print the label. This was for a 48hours service, so hoping they will get it on Monday (not much has been mentioned about them on this board, so not sure how much they will get deluged with phones that people are selling on Monday).
As it is a 13PM 256GB, current rate versus quoted rate does not significantly change (current quote is £570 and my Sept 14 quote was for £590).

FYI, the DPD tracking is deliberately delayed so as to avoid hijackings. It's usually between 5-20 stops out on purpose, but you'll get a push notifications ~ 2minutes before your door rings.
I sent my 12 Pro off to them earlier. Though I did pay for Special delivery since their insurance is only up to £100.
Not sure about that. It's usually bang on for me. Maybe just on release days like this?
Set up my phone and new watch but my watch plan didn’t transfer so I have to wait 2-24hrs for Vodafone to sort it. 🙄
Anyway, biggest difference for me is the weight. It actually feels so much lighter although I’m sure it’s not. Apart from the weight difference it feels the same 😂 perhaps I need to change my Home Screen picture so it doesn’t feel like the same phone. The black PM is really nice though, I’ve not had a black phone for years and it wasn’t my first choice this time but I actually really like it. It sitting in a Mulberry colour FineWoven case.
Any idea when the Apple Care for the new phone/watch will show up in my subscriptions? I had the emails confirming them this morning. Will I need to contact Appl?

Put on the screen protector/case of my 15 Pro Max. first time trying screen protector there were a couple bits of dust. I could've lived with it but I have loads of screen protectors so tried again. There is only a tiny single piece of dust in the top right corner which is hardly noticeable. That's good enough!
First impressions:
coming from a 12 pro max i can't tell any difference in weight. Both devices look similiar especially with the "same" spigen case on so I didn't know what one i lifted. The one I thought was lighter was my 12 Pro Max. technically the 12 Pro Max is 7g heavier. (edit: that was a fluke i don't know why. the 15 pro max is much lighter for sure)
the titanium (black) finish is 1,000,000,000x better than the stainless steel of the 12 pro max. I can't believe I actually thought that looked good. the brush effect isn't as strong as advertised which is fine with me because i thought it looked too much.
overall the black looks nicer than my 12 pro max which is graphite. i know they aren't meant to be the same but they are both the darkest colours that were available. again the titanium black around the sides makes the phone look so much better.
camera lenses are bigger but i knew that. i don't know how i feel about it. it's not a major problem but i don't like how the camera bump is getting bigger all the time. the 15 pro max sticks off a flat surface significantly more.
the phone is every so slightly smaller than the 12 pro max but i can't really tell using them. it's only when side to side i can see the small difference.
that's about it so far. I haven't got to set it up yet. Only just put in the sim card. So far the biggest changes are the titanium and camera bump. camera bump is a... meh. titanium is a 👍👍👍

Busy old day and just home now with some time to play with the new toy. Breezed through the process at 8am at apple Southampton and the eSIM quick transfer from my old phone took seconds. They also fitted a belkin screen protector as I hadnt ordered anything. Checked out a few cases but didn’t purchase as I wasn’t overwhelmed tbh. I’ve got a spigen ultra hybrid magfit which is a cracking case with strong magnets and it shows off the colour too. Will keep me going til it yellows or I’ve found a more suitable leather long term option..
Yes - it changed to shipped around noon with an expected delivery on Monday
My Mujjo leather case is absolutely fabulous now my iPhone 15 Pro is in it! I really can't believe how good it is. The buttons are perfect and the case has a very slightly rough feel to it, unlike the slipperiness of the Apple leather cases. It fits the phone like a glove and feels so premium. Highly recommended guys!
Nowadays it can be difficult to speak to someone at a store. I’ll just go anyway, it’s only a few minutes away!
Mine was bang on in that I got the 'missed you' message at the exact time when the map showed the van in the street about a mile from me which corresponded with the photo I was sent. I phoned JL, the person I spoke to was pleasant and understanding but really there was nothing she could do.
In the meantime I've paid £4.99 to DPD for a delivery tomorrow
which is annoying but it's easier than trying to rearrange my day on Monday.
Gorgeous. Quite stealthy but with a blue that changes in lighting. Nice deep shades.
Is anyone having an issue with Google Password Manager within the Chrome app after moving across to the iPhone 15? It won't show my passwords, it keeps displaying a screen that says "You'll find your passwords here".
If I go passwords.google.com it shows all my saved passwords, as the Chrome app is signed into my Google account, but if I click the three dots in the bottom right, then go to 'Password Manager' I get the screen I mentioned earlier.
I've got sync set to on and I'm syncing everything including passwords. I've also tried to stop syncing and then re-enabled sync but they just won't show in the Password Manager screen!
