With EE I find that the easiest option is to cancel the contract on your old watch and just start a new one on your new watch. The transfer process is as nightmare.Hey all! So looking at getting the apple watch series 9 at some point. How would I transfer the mobile plan from the series 7 that I have now over to the series 9? Would I need to ring EE? Thanks.
Well if it’s a big issue they’ll have to fix the issue or replace phones that’s overheating so I’m not really worried. Just the hassle of returning it and waiting on another one to be delivered and all that crapWas intending on keeping my 15 Pro for at least two years, but with the overheating issues I've cancelled my order and placed a new order for a shorter contract with an option to upgrade in 12 months for free with Sky. More expensive monthly payments for the next year but at least I know if it does turn out to be a real problem I only have to wait until next September to get the 16 Pro (assuming they've solved "big" issues for that model).
FYI my original 2-9 October order for iPhone 15 Pro 256gb natural titanium now says…Anxiety.
Technically you can and should be able to transfer it over without contacting EE but in practice it's not usually a smooth process and inevitably you have to call EE customer service. Last year when I switched from the Series 5 to the Ultra I had to call them and even then it wasn't east but I did manage to get it sorted.Hey all! It all depends what price plan you're on. They increased the Apple Watch add on price for cellular at one point. If you're on the older price and you cancel and restart then you might end up on the newer higher monthly price. With EE I find that the easiest option is to cancel the contract on your old watch and just start a new one on your new watch. No you don't have to queue or make appointments anymore. It's been like that for a while now. You can just walk in and talk to any member of staff who is free and they will be able to assist you. I live in London and have been to the Brent Cross store several times in recent months.Does anyone know if you can now go into a store to purchase stuff, Apple Watch etc without needing to queue up, or have an appointment? Particularly in London.
Exactly the same here.My order placed at 1:30pm on pre-order day (22nd Sep) had an delivery date of 9 Oct - 16 Oct and it must have just changed as I’ve just checked and it’s now showing 5 Oct - 9 Oct ! Status is still the same though on processing

Great news for you mate!FYI my original 2-9 October order for iPhone 15 Pro 256gb natural titanium now says…
Payment received.Let’s hope comes tomorrow for both. First email did say as received before 2pm would be next working day payment though.
If I did that the price to go up because my price is locked in when EE introduced cellular for the watch. The transfer process is quite straightforward And I’ve done it every year… unpair your watch, keep the data plan, set up the new watch and when you get the 03 message, call EE and give them the new EID number and it’s normally all sorted within an hourWith EE I find that the easiest option is to cancel the contract on your old watch and just start a new one on your new watch. I also had the £5 contract until they (against my instruction) solved the migration by deleting my contract and adding a new on at £7. That required a tense phone call to resolve. Then another time they migrated me by adding a second contract and leaving the first running at the same time, so I was initially paying £12.If I did that the price to go up because my price is locked in when EE introduced cellular for the watch.
