My 15PM which was originally 9-16th, then got bumped up to 5th-9th is now showing as Preparing to Ship. Hopefully this means I get it on the 5th, maybe even a little earlier?

Had space black last year.
Same route as me. I had Space Black 14PM, which I used naked and loved that colour, it was stealthy which I liked. The Black this year is nice, but it pretty much is the same thing. I have the blue but not 100% on it, the natural is this years special colour and I like how it's grey/steel plus the band is really nice - and it should hold up better than the darker colours. They appear much easier to scratch this year.

Yeah know what you mean, I will stick with blue then move onto new colour next year. I tended to go with black but think it’s good to mix it up

iPhone 15 is old news now.
How’s your battery? My 15 pro has been terrible. I updated to 17.1 public beta last night to see if that helps. AOD switched off.

Browsing macrumors on WiFi with promotion turned off, brightness approx 30%, Safari has used 4% battery in less than 15 mins.

Then phone in my pocket for 5 mins and it’s just dropped another 2%. For battery usage it’s showing ‘settings 3m background’.

Does anybody else have a 'scratchy' feeling when swiping from just inside the screen near the edge to the titanium edge itself?

Mine has this and I am trying to determine if this is normal and how this years phones are made. When I swipe from right to left and my finger goes from the screen to the titanium band there is a slight scratchy feeling. Thankfully the back gesture swipe is left to right but on the occasions I need to swipe right to left near the edge I feel it.

Trying to see if its worth a return or if they all have this to some extent.

Thank you

Is your screen flush with the frame. There is a thread about that

Popped into my ‘local’ Apple Store today to try a few cases out. Had a chat with one of the guys in there as my battery has had good and bad days and I seemed to have lost 20% to no mobile service yesterday when I was at home. Admittedly the mobile service round here isn’t stellar but never have I had that before. He said, as others have commented, that they’re aware of these issues and an update is coming to fix this. He said to see how it goes over the next few months and pop back if no better and they’ll exchange it. Diagnostics showed my device was ‘green ticks’ in all areas.

As for cases, Finewoven is just not for me. I don’t like the feel and I just can’t see £60 value in it. My preferred silicone ones were clay, cypress and storm blue but again I can’t justify £50 for one as much as I liked them. £25-£30 tops.

I’ll rock my spigen ultra hybrid until I find something that matches my very specific case requirements 😉

Finally some movement. My 256 NT PM (2nd - 9th) is preparing to ship. Shame I’m in work for the rest of the week.

Mine changed today also mate!

I’m in the exact same boat and it has just updated to shipped! It shows that not within the carrier network message when trying to track it. Fingers crossed it turns up tomorrow lol🤣

For all the launch day people, did you get it next day after it got shipped?

I read earlier in the post someone said they go to preparing, then the next day get dispatched then delivered the day after.
Did you get preparing and dispatched today ?

Returned my 15 Pro 256GB Nat Titanium to the Norwich store today. Had a 15 Pro 256GB Blue Titanium reserved for pick up. The staff member who I dealt with refunded my old phone to gift cards and used them to pay for the new one. Unboxed and set up the new phone in-store, everything works fine and no cosmetic marks either.😁

Yes mine does this and many have said theirs do to varying degrees. It almost feels sunken the back glass.

People have checked the display models in store and have said 90% feel the same. The other 10% are smooth. I initially was wound up by it but am learning to live with it as I love the device. I use mine naked so it does affect me. I may at some point take it back to Apple and either get them to swap it out or resit the glass

How comes you returned the Nat T for a Blue T?

My 2-9 Oct order arrived on the 30th Sep.

What I hadn’t anticipated is that you can’t migrate an O2 ESim. I had to order a new eSIM pack so am now waiting for that before I can use the phone which is annoying. Something to bear in mind if you are waiting for your phone to arrive and use an eSIM on your old phone.
You can order the eSIM via the My O2 app and get a QR code almost immediately, worked for me.
