I bought a MacBook Pro yesterday at Regent Street and asked if I could use an iPad as trade in and the guy told me that you have 14 days after the purchase to trade in an equipment and have the amount paid in to the same card used to buy the new equipment. After these 14 days they would give you the amount in a Gift Card instead.Cool, might give that a try, thanks

Anybody know how long it usually takes to ship?. My order has been stuck on preparing to ship for 2 days
Exactly the same here, turned to preparing at 11AM yesterday and no movement since then.
I wonder if it’s location based. A lot shipped the same day it changed to preparing to ship

Best bet is refreshing the collection page. I reckon more pro max stock will be Available in stores over the next couple of days. But that’s just my opinion
Thanks for that. Can you please walk me through how to do that as not surprisingly O2 support didn't mention it when I called them and that option doesn't appear to be obvious in the O2 app. Thanks a lot.
