Which 15 Pro are you getting?

I’m assuming you guys are or were getting this same message about completing some final details ?
Had me thinking there was something wrong with the order

Thanks for that. Can you please walk me through how to do that as not surprisingly O2 support didn't mention it when I called them and that option doesn't appear to be obvious in the O2 app. Thanks a lot.
Open the My O2 app, tap the support icon on bottom right of screen, then select Swap your Sim from the menu. Then under Order your Sim, choose the eSIM option. Enter the reason for the change (technology change), tick the box “if you continue to request an eSIM your current sim will be disconnected automatically”, then click the “request an eSIM” button at the bottom of the page. You should get a message with a QR code, then just follow instructions to install the eSIM.
 
Absolutely no problem for me.
I’ve gone from a 14 pro to a 15+

Early last week I was thinking of going for the 15+
I switched onLimit Frame Rate on my 13PM. Didn’t really notice a difference. In fact so much so that I forgot to turn it off and have been using it happily for the last week without even realising.
 
Is it still 6am when UK store stock refreshes?

I’m checking daily but no new stock appearing so just want to check I’m not missing anything! 🤦🏻‍♂️



Best bet is refreshing the collection page. I reckon more pro max stock will be Available in stores over the next couple of days. But that’s just my opinion

According to what’s been discussed here it’s not necessarily 6am and it could be at different times during the day. Also the web site is better for this than the app. You have to keep refreshing it for it to update with any stock.

In the app you select your model then click on check stock in other stores then just bounce round the configs and it will update live as you change option.

I thought I’d got one of the AO drops from earlier in the week, supposed to be coming this morning but I’ve received nothing and it still says “In progress” :(

I'm in the same boat, ordered Monday to be delivered today but haven't received any message from a delivery company. Their tracking says it will be delivered today but I doubt it

It should show up, you will get a text from DPD int he next hour or so.
 
Finally getting mine today - 15 Pro Max White Titanium 256gb - pre-ordered through O2 on the 15th Sept. My husband got his Blue one on release day so it's been an annoying wait for mine. Coming via DPD within the next couple of hours.

I have been a little undecided about colours but went for black again however, I have decided to return my Black Pro Max 256 tomorrow and secured a NT Pro Max 256 at my local Apple Store. Quote a few coming in to the stores today.
 
Is it possible to fill in my finance details on apple's website prior to ordering so that I'm not too slow?

If I have to fill in finance details, I'll be significantly slower than those paying in cash and thus will be too slow to order
 
Why do Apple use DHL 😤 apparently tried to deliver but saying delivery refused please contact the sender

You received anything? Should have been before 12 but I've got nothing.

UPDATE: apparently my order got flagged for security reasons 🙃 they're gonna call me in an hour or so
