Open the My O2 app, tap the support icon on bottom right of screen, then select Swap your Sim from the menu. Then under Order your Sim, choose the eSIM option. Enter the reason for the change (technology change), tick the box “if you continue to request an eSIM your current sim will be disconnected automatically”, then click the “request an eSIM” button at the bottom of the page. You should get a message with a QR code, then just follow instructions to install the eSIM.Thanks for that. Can you please walk me through how to do that as not surprisingly O2 support didn't mention it when I called them and that option doesn't appear to be obvious in the O2 app. Thanks a lot.

Best bet is refreshing the collection page. I reckon more pro max stock will be Available in stores over the next couple of days. But that’s just my opinion
According to what’s been discussed here it’s not necessarily 6am and it could be at different times during the day. Also the web site is better for this than the app. You have to keep refreshing it for it to update with any stock.Is it still 6am when UK store stock refreshes?
I’m checking daily but no new stock appearing so just want to check I’m not missing anything! 🤦🏻♂️
