Apologies if this is in the wrong place. Is musicmagpie still the best option to sell an iPhone 14 pro or can you advise for an alternative?
Music Magpie or even Apple Trade In is worth looking at.
When I looked at what both were offering for my 12 Pro Max there was only £50 in it with Apple being the least.
For the complete ease of it all I went with Apple Trade In and took out their 0% 24 month plan.

My iUP status is still showing at "Will arrive by 9 - 16 October" but heard nothing from the store (Lakeside) about booking an appointment to collect it, despite them having had stock every day this week. Ringing the store number just gets you passed between Apple departments and then cut-off after being on hold for the best part of 35 minutes and the online chat "help" say there is nothing they can do.

Frustrating to be honest. Second year in a row this has happened, last year I didn't get contacted until the day after the arrival window and was then told the next appointment to collect was 3 or 4 days later. Not a great customer experience. Not sure I think it's worth remaining part of the iUP if I can just rock up at a store and buy it before my launch day iUP order becomes available.

I second your frustration with this there seems to be next to no benefits being in the iUP anymore, sometimes it feels like it's just put to the back of the queue.

Has anyone got an EE friends and family discount code spare please?

I've been with Sky but their coverage in my area has become pretty poor lately so looking to change but don't fancy EE's regular non-BT customer prices 😂

Picked my iUP from Manchester on Friday (15 pro, black, 512) and very happy with it so far. I agree about feeling stuck to the back of the queue, hopefully they’ll see the complaints this year and do something for next… we can live in hope.

Disappointing that the pro didn’t get the same camera upgrade as the max this time too, but went to look at the pro max display units and they are just too big for me so glad I stuck with the regular size.

The Pro Max can be cumbersome, unwieldy and heavy but I’m willing to deal with that for the bigger display, better battery and better camera zoom. I’ve had the larger sized iPhones every year since the Six Plus and have gotten use to having a bigger screen and better battery life. The 5X zoom this time round is a bonus. I don’t think I could go back to the smaller phones now.

I wish I could but the combo of my small hands and women’s pockets not being built for a phone of that size (barely for the pro!) is just too much to overcome for me.

I have small hands too and my pockets are not that big so my phone barely fits in them and is not very comfortable when sitting down. I tolerate it as the pros I mentioned are more important than the cons I’ve mentioned.

Could I ask what point between your delivery window did your iPhone come into stock? Hope you're enjoying it!

Just a quick hello to let you know I’m still enjoying the Apple FineWoven case - seems to be holding out well since launch day.
Do you find it slippery? I had one and felt I was more likely to drop it in the case so I returned it. Wonder if that improves with use?

No not slippery at all.. texture is just right for comfort.. been using since launch day and it’s fine so far.

Notified late last night that it had arrived and I could reserve my collection; which I did today. Unfortunately the store was very short-staffed so when I got there - after waiting 30 minutes to be seen - the assistant basically said “you’ll need to take it now and restore from backup or come back another day to collect the new phone and do the device transfer”.

Wasn’t too painful, just had to go to the EE store and have them give me a physical SIM to restore my UK cell service (thankfully I had taken my iPad so could login to the phone to activate it). Just waiting for my US eSIM to be transferred now. A relatively minor hassle compared to having to go back and forward.

Need Amazon UK to get some 15 Pro Max stock. I need to get that 256GB variant. Black or Titanium will do me nicely.
Wife can have the regular 15 Pro! Sounds like a good plan to me!

I had 9th-16th so pretty much in the middle. It didn’t give me any updates at all until suddenly it said I could book a collection and I could book a slot that day.

The guy in store did say they were getting more black in than any other colour so not sure if that made a difference.

Thanks. I have been watching their stock.

I don’t want the Blue as it has the most issues with colour uniformity.

I would prefer a Black or Natural. Here’s hoping.

Can anyone remember based on previous years approximately what month stock for all models is easily available in stores and online?
