Done - 256GB black 15 Pro Max. It wasn't painless though.

My pre-order timed out due to inactivity - 1 second or so of inactivity between selecting the pickup-date and selecting the time slot for the pick-up. That then deleted everything so I had to go and select what I wanted all over again - so much for setting up the pre-order ahead of time. Anyway, it's done now and my perfect record of getting a phone on launch day ever since my first iPhone 4 remains unbroken.

Just force quit apps if you can’t get in. Assuming you’re not doing that already. Keep doing it until you’re in. This was the most seamless for me so far this year.

Got mine at 13:02 - iPhone 15 Pro Max 256gb in Black Titanium. Had to check out on my Macbook Pro though. The Apple Store app on my iPhone is still saying "Almost there" at 13:12.

Very rocky experience for me. Couldn’t get in until 10 past, then got spinning wheels and error messages for another two minutes or so. finally got my order in but seem to have missed out on launch day delivery!
