I don’t get how people are ordering. Website and app still saying almost done for me.

There are loads of servers which take time to come up. Pot luck which you keep hitting.

This has been a very weird process.
My pre pre order didn’t work and had to go through all the tick boxes again…
However - I managed to get one for delivery next Friday.

Anyone else had issues with their pre pre order?

Use the website guys. I had so many errors when tried to buy through the app and website was easy and smooth

Done - 256GB black 15 Pro Max. It wasn't painless though.

My pre-order timed out due to inactivity - 1 second or so of inactivity between selecting the pickup-date and selecting the time slot for the pick-up. That then deleted everything so I had to go and select what I wanted all over again - so much for setting up the pre-order ahead of time. Anyway, it's done now and my perfect record of getting a phone on launch day ever since my first iPhone 4 remains unbroken.

I see the dates for the Natural Titanium 15 PM have stared to slip from next week, which agrees with the survey results as being the most popular (other colours and the all the Pros seem to be showing 22nd delivery at time of writing)

Can you change delivery address after order? Just realised that Apple has my account as “Road” rather than “Lane” 🤦🏻‍♂️ Post code is right and there is no address that ends “Road” so hoping it’s okay, but makes me a little nervous!

I think in the past people have been given long delivery times (such as my 27 Sep-2 Oct) and it's been brought back to release date hasn't it?

I got the message that my session had expired, but after a couple of mins an email came with the confirmation.

I will be collecting mine from the Apple Store in Leeds on Friday evening.
