I was just going by what Apple would give me tbh

Apple won’t cancel the order because it’s been “delivered”, I can “return” the phone but I don’t physically have a phone to return.

UPS are being about as useful as a chocolate teapot.

Yeep! Say they can’t help and the code has to be provided by UPS.

So this is day 3 of my phone sitting in a locker without me being able to collect.

I just got a free case + screen protector from EE, I suppose it's handy to have a spare around if needed.

Now if only I got this 2 years ago with my 14 Pro it might of saved a bit of hassle trading it in. Lesson learned on screen protectors.

16PM landed and just midst setting it up

Spigen EZfit screen protector installed, zero issues. Spigen Ultra Hybrid magasfe T case fitted and has the side button installed, feels a great case

Also installed a Mothka metal camera ring protector, similar to the Ringke one I had fitted on my previous 15PM and it fits perfectly

My John Lewis October 10th order just got delivered by DPD. I thought they may come earlier than suggested.

No, UPS are just saying they’ll call me back. Apple are saying once it’s been passed to the courier it’s not their problem, but have opened and investigation.

UPS have said they’ll phone me back within an hour this morning. I don’t think they will.

I think the driver may have stolen it, marked it as “delivered” and then used the code to remove it from the locker so it looks like I’ve collected it.

There’s no point, it’s not there, it’s apparently in a locker at my local train station.

The drivers stolen it, but I’m going to get charged by Apple for it unless UPS admit it’s lost or stolen.

Yes its at the locker but UPS CS direct complaints to your local depot any way.

Oh my, really hope which ever way it goes you get a full refund or the phone which you paid for, if you paid on credit card that may help you to claim it back too.

I took out the 24 month interest free. So I can cancel the direct debit but that’s going to turn into another PITA with Barclays

Definitely do not do that unless you want your credit rating destroyed!

Probably a long shot but you could open a dispute with Barclays and see if they can hold off taking any payments until its sorted.

unfortunately, I found the EE one to be sooo bad

They’re probably cheap generic screen protectors. Personally I would never use something free like that. It’s better to pay for a good quality one.
