I had a bit of a nightmare with my order initially an hour after I placed it, my bank (Halifax) very kindly texted me to tell me an order had been placed using my card and they had taken the precaution to cancel the payment, not put it on hold, actually CANCEL it! This was after I had gone through the in-app verification during the purchase. I had to phone them to confirm my identity by taking a picture of my driving license and a selfie to confirm I was the person on the phone. Once that was done I had to stay on the phone for nearly 40 mins while it all cleared in their system and my account could be unlocked. Absolute nightmare.
So a couple of hours into pre-orders I had to re-place the order. My status is 'processing' and the delivery date still suggests the 20th, so not sure whether that will be true or not. Not particularly happy with my bank though, I have purchased much bigger things recently and not had this trouble.
