O2 seem to have fluffed a load of orders and not sent them or given an updated estimate, they're blaming it on a "warehouse migration" causing delays. My order's stuck "processing" and estimated for today - pretty obvious that's not happening! You'd think, if true, they would make plans to not have a warehouse migration disrupt one of their largest and most predictably-timed launches of the year, but here we are. Bit of a mess - if I didn't get a big saving from them I would go get one direct, but stuck waiting for them to sort their mess out.

They used that excuse for the Pixel Launches as well, and would it not affect all o2 customers and not just a small number, I think its the usual overseas call centre response...
