Yeah if there is anyway I can avoid going into the nightmare that is an Apple Store, I will opt for the alternative. Deliver to my door please!!
My 16 pro and watch s10 arrived this morning at 8:32, Mrs. I took in the parcel, now have to do a full shift until I can get my lovely hands on it - it's at times like this I REALLY wish I worked in an office rather than in a hospital … although I wouldn't have had those sweet EE perk codes!!
DHL delivered about 15 minutes ago which was a lovely surprise, unfortunately people insist on sending me work to do so I can't unbox it for a little while 😔
My partner works with a lot of techy iPhone users. All bar one (and her) of them that are upgrading today are going PM. The other one (and her) are just Pro.
Beginning to think mine won’t be coming today, mine is sat in UPS Tamworth saying it will be here by 12, I live in Northampton.
No Pro Max's in any of my local ones (North West) I looked at 6:10 this morning and there was nothing. Does the inventory for the day get updated at 6am every morning? I wonder if they have some just for walkins which are from a different stock line from the ones you can reserve online.Mine too

Immediate impressions are Camera Control is going to be brilliant but the biggest game changer is Photographic Styles. They really look amazing from a short play about.

Well it’s confirmed mine isn’t coming today as UPS sent it to Southampton rather than Northampton, what a joke.
Mine was sat in Bristol with UPS but I got a notification at 9.31 saying it was on its way for delivery by 12
I'm not sure what's going on with mine, ordered through Sky for the first time and they're using DPD. Tracking states that it left Hinkley at 16:40 yesterday and it's still on its way to the Cumbernauld depot, hoping it'll come tonight!

I was under the impression the Max has been the most popular choice for a couple of generations now but that might just be my personal experience.
Just arrived at the TC for my pickup in half an hour or so. Was here early morning in 2010 for the TC Apple Store queue for the iPhone 4 the year previous. I remember queues outside all the carriers before opening time as well as Apple itself. The difference was Apple sent a Krispy Kreme cart down the line with coffee & donuts for everyone.
I'll never forget going to collect my 4S from the Trafford Centre. Only difference was i was collecting from the Three store. The Apple store queue stretched along the neighbouring shops, round the corner, down an entrance corridor, outside and even down the stairs to the multi story car park. I just waltzed by to be one of only 3 or so going into Three at 8am. Picked up the phone and new contract straight away.
Striding back past the queue, phone in hand with all those waiting in line in awe of it... I felt like a king that morning 🤣🥰
Hope I get DHL again next time, nice early delivery compared to DPD who always make me wait until mid-afternoon (not their fault obvs, just the way their routes work out).
