Are you using the app or the website? If the website have you tried clearing the cache or switching browsers? The last time I had this I switch from my work laptop where it stopped working and opened the tracking on my MacBook where it worked fine.
Worth a go or grab the app as it does not use the snake.
I'm using the website on my work computer, but it's the same with my MacBook.
The tracking number doesn't work at all on my app.

There are no benefits to starting fresh - use device to device transfer and you can fine tune in the options what you want to carry across.So how is everyone setting up their phones? As new or phone to phone transfers. I really want to start fresh but dreading putting passwords and everything manually

DHL have taken a rather strange turn and have separate tracking systems. What division for DHL is it? Is it Express or eCom? They have separate apps.

The text message was from DHL eCom so that's the app I downloaded, but this is what it says when I put in the tracking.
I’m at a loss. Maybe it’s server related. Give it a while and try again on the web. The server may be getting hammered today.
Same here clear case & screen protectorWell EE have sent me a free clear case as well as a sim card with the phone. I'm using a eSIM and keeping the same number so have just transferred the eSIM from my 13 to the 16 during the setup process, I assume that will be ok. Not sure why I need the sim card.
