Well UPS sent mine to Southampton rather than Northampton and it won’t now leave Southampton until tonight.

I have told them I expect it to be upgraded to a Saturday delivery since my wife was at home today waiting for it and there won’t be anybody at home on Monday, they’ve said they will try but can’t guarantee it.

It’s annoying as I always found UPS to be one of the better delivery services.
 
Are you using the app or the website? If the website have you tried clearing the cache or switching browsers? The last time I had this I switch from my work laptop where it stopped working and opened the tracking on my MacBook where it worked fine.

Worth a go or grab the app as it does not use the snake.

I'm using the website on my work computer, but it's the same with my MacBook.

The tracking number doesn't work at all on my app.

Slightly worried I won't lie.
 
Just received my Natural Titanium and Lake Green case. Now have to wait for setup to complete. Estimated time on restore from iCloud is over 30 minutes… must be a lot of people setting them up today. Hope you all enjoy your new phones.

So how is everyone setting up their phones? As new or phone to phone transfers. I really want to start fresh but dreading putting passwords and everything manually

Well EE have sent me a free clear case as well as a sim card with the phone. I'm using a eSIM and keeping the same number so have just transferred the eSIM from my 13 to the 16 during the setup process, I assume that will be ok. Not sure why I need the sim card.

Just got home from the shop — small queue outside, that was people who had pre-ordered but not paid. I'd already paid so we were taken straight in and had the phones within 2 minutes. Shop wasn't too busy, the guy serving us chatted for 5 minutes or so, nice and calm.
And they let us get my wife's phone as well, instead of coming back in her window 4 hours later.

And for anyone wondering, desert titanium is really nice and subtle in person.

Haven’t managed to order one anywhere yet other than my back up Apple one for 7th - 14th October! .. I do have the watch coming today though (on 16th of 66 deliveries before mine!).
I have my new PM case though and am pleasantly surprised that the phone itself is hardly bigger than the 15PM. The 15PM fit snuggly into the new case.
(yes! Of course I’ve put my 15PM into it and taken it in and out of my pocket a few times to see how it feels 🤪)

DHL have taken a rather strange turn and have separate tracking systems. What division for DHL is it? Is it Express or eCom? They have separate apps.

The text message was from DHL eCom so that's the app I downloaded, but this is what it says when I put in the tracking.

Different delivery packaging this year… I was worried the driver was giving me someone else’s parcel!

Phone looks good, first time using eSIM transfer this year and it worked without issue.

I’m at a loss. Maybe it’s server related. Give it a while and try again on the web. The server may be getting hammered today.

I've got my allocated delivery time so I'll just keep an eye out - doesn't help that I'm WFH and have meetings this afternoon before I head off on annual leave.

Michael from DPD is delivering mine between 14:16 and 15:16

Nice change from their normal delivery time to me, which seems to be end of the shift.

Hopefully my new Leica also gets an early delivery tomorrow as just received the notification that DPD are handling that as well for Saturday delivery. Fun weekend! :)
 
Thank you Martin! I’m terrible at waiting for things so now I’m going to be stuck doing nothing productive until it arrives 😅
