I recieved confirmation at 8:10am - no movement yet.

I just hope this is continuous and they can sweep up the rest quickly rather it being another few days until the next batch of phones is ready for distribution.

Same here. It'd be a bit harsh to make people wait days longer than those who managed to get their order through a couple of minutes faster.

I wouldn't even mind so much but if I hadn't attempted to use Apple Pay my order would have been submitted much earlier. (It failed twice and I faffed with adding addresses before just using my normal card which worked first time.)

Off topic I know but a message to all those getting and still waiting I have used mine since 8pm last night.

I have to say I’m very very impressed, it feels like the biggest change since the 6. The screen is unbelievable. Face ID has not failed me once! I’ve tested it in all manor of situations including Apple Pay and signing into apps! I really enjoy the feature. The phone is lightning fast. I’m used to the new gestures already. I am not missing the home button.

It feels and looks like a premium product which it should for the price. I feel like although Apple is well known for not being the first with implementing new technology recently they see what’s coming and make the best out of it.

I hope you all enjoy your new phones as much as I am at the moment! Hopefully the wait is almost over for you all!

Euro refill just happened in FR / DE / NL / IT. Was serious, stock lasted, no 256 SG (or few).

Expect some action in UK soon, tomorrow maybe. (or not, never ever take our assumption for granted)

Yep! And I just know that it'll change to PFD when I'm not looking (i.e. when I'm at work) and the first I'll know of it will be when I get a dispatch email.

Going by the istocknow site a load of European stores got stock which makes me hopeful for tomorrow..... again

As a side note, I've installed the bot for telegram and have gotten a few notifications via email but only 1 via telegram? Do you know what causes the difference?

I spoke to Apple this afternoon and they told me that following complaints from USA customers if you are on the IUP you will get a phone prioritised for you when the new one roles out. This has changed over the last few weeks. I checked before paying for my IUP phone last month and they weren’t doing this offer so I paid it off while I could.
You can still tell them in store when you collect you new phone you want to pay it off if you want to keep the phone
This common sense but the policy changed recently! I wish I knew!! Lol

iUP is a joke anyway. No priority units on launch and they raise the price every year, which removes the convenience of signing up and forgetting about it. Plus it's a hard credit check every year too.

With mandatory AppleCare for the song of £199. I'd take it if I wasn't already insured through my bank!
