Yep, the Apple warehouse is in Hinckley and the massive UK Mail hub is in Ryton.

My phone seems to have departed Hinckley and recently been scanned in at Ryton. It's a really unusual route considering it is now much further away from me now than when it was originally shipped out. >.<

Collecting my Xs Max from Apple Stratford tomorrow morning but have just had the dreaded news that UK Mail is delivering my S4 Watch. Strange as every delivery I've had from Apple at my address has come via DPD who I've found to be really reliable and accurate with times.

Amazon just emailed to inform me my Otterbox screen protector and case bundle has been delayed until October-November. 0_0

Fortunately I have cancelled that and ordered an Anker screen protector to be delivered tomorrow, but now got to hunt for another new case.

its not Ryton in the NE, its Ryton-on-Dunsmore which is about 15 miles from Hinckley

I just picked up the Cape Cod Blue leather case from Apple but I'll be returning it tomorrow. Just a bit too close to baby blue. The Forest Green one looks great in person - almost black in some light – so I'll swap them after picking up my Xs . Hopefully that one will age as well as my current Cosmos Blue one has

Probably optimistic but I don't want to queue up from the crack of dawn. I am with you on that I think these massive queues would exist back in the iPhone 4/5 days but not anymore. Anyway we'll see!

I work near the regent street store so am gonna chance it, too. No reservation here. Worst case I’ll just head into work a little early and book a reservation on Saturday morning.

Got a text just now saying my order will be delivered on 21st by DPD

I’ll be handing back my X tomorrow and refunding my reserved Max 256.

That 100Gig data will save me a packet on hotel Wi-Fi, no brainer for me.

Rather annoyingly just received a call from my Three store re my pre-order for tomorrow (XS Max 256 SG). Apparently they only received 1 handset today, so there's a possibility I might not get it tomorrow What to do...I'm in 2 minds whether to put in a sneaky CPW order. Their returns policy says you can open and try the phone before returning, so that would tide me over until my Three order comes in. Choices, choices, choices!!!

I thought orders opened 8:02am. I just happened to notice, when I was queuing everything up, that it would let me go through. Did it open earlier than advertised, or was it advertised as opening earlier?

I just had a push from amazon app telling me my ESR glass screen protector had shipped for delivery tomorrow.
