Just ordered an XS Max 256 from EE on the £70 100Gig Max plan deal.
Got a text just now saying my order will be delivered on 21st by DPD
I’ll be handing back my X tomorrow and refunding my reserved Max 256.
That 100Gig data will save me a packet on hotel Wi-Fi, no brainer for me.
No way I would buy that. I would be checking every 5 mins that the cards are still there...hmm, I've thought long and hard about these style of wallet cases but came to the conclusion that although they offer the ability to carry all your stuff with you on the phone, they have 2 major faults:
1. Lose your phone, lose all your cards too
2. When holding up your phone to your ear to speak, your showing everyone else exactly what you have in your wallet.
I'd just be worried about having a card in when wireless charging. You'd have to take the cards out to charge.
I’m simply planning on using it as a case, no cards in it....hmm, I've thought long and hard about these style of wallet cases but came to the conclusion that although they offer the ability to carry all your stuff with you on the phone, they have 2 major faults:

Was that online using a 20% discount code or on the phone? No upfront fee? Are you a new EE subscriber? Who are you handing back your X to?
It's not on the site-you need to speak to EE, I was on SIM only with them. Can you give me an idea where you get this deal? I can't see it on their website.
How so?
Still waiting for an update from UKMail (Apple Store). No SMS text, Syncreon just gives me a "Order not yet within the carrier network. Please check again later." message since 12pm.
I'm on a SIM only with EE at the moment with an iPhone X on the upgrade Program. Was that online using a 20% discount code or on the phone? No upfront fee? Are you a new EE subscriber? Who are you handing back your X to?
Yes, but the last time I dealt with UKMail, I got my phone delivered at 7:30ish pm. They were taking a mick for delivering my 6s to me that late. You'll 99% get it tomorrow. Apple haven't failed many people on release day.
I'm saying this, if you are desperately unlucky, don't come looking for me

I saw the £70.00 deal on this forum and called them this morning.
I'll hand my X back to Apple and terminate the upgrade Program.
That's a fair point, so I may need to settle the loan then sell my XLet us know how that goes. My take on the t&c’s is that if you want to pay up your IUP early you’ll need to settle the debt with Barclays. Don’t think you can just hand the phone to Apple and tell them to end it. Not that I’ve seen anyone try that though!
O2 opened early - refreshed just after half past 7 and they were up.

Mazuma are offering £600.00, I'm not sure what my balance will be (got it launch day last year, 256Gb)Or sell the X and settle. That’s what I’m planning on doing tomorrow. I’ll be ~£150 better off selling and settling rather then just handing it back to Apple. Idea tomorrow is to use the handset reserved for IUP upgrade as a new IUP plan. (Also to check out the max and seemed I’m tempted, stock dependant, to get one of those)
