Go early and explain I'm sure they will help you out. Only issue then is if the courier tries to deliver the phone early

I’ve arrived an hour early and they were happy for me to check-in. Only one reservation ahead of me. Guess it may differ in busier stores!

Good to know they’re more than happy for me to do the IUP as an upgrade and start a new plan. I’ll be able to cash in with music magpie later!

If it's an IUP reservation, it'll be released for tomorrow morning.
If it's a store pickup from online, because you paid for it you can still get it after your slot.

Mine is also still depot'd : but this is usual for my DPD deliveries in Edinburgh. Usually get the time notification around 11am, and then receive the delivery most commonly in the 1-2pm window. So I'm not panicing.....
