Mine's sat in Ryton, but no text message about it yet. I'm gonna hit the hay and see what's waiting for me at 8am lol
Me too, I can see myself collecting (what isn’t delivered today) on Saturday from the Perth DHL Depot

I just hope their system updates or I’ll…..😭😭

😡😡😡

Thanks.Haven't had a new contract for years delivered,Normal upgrade my iPhones or go in the shop for new contracts.
I'm sure before they would send separately. I think the iPad/iphones are sent from Hinkley for EE.
If my memory serves me well i think with DPD on the iPhones they email & it go's on their App the morning of delivery.
I think they're supposed to be on the night before. I don't have hopes for tomorrow...

Heading there for 9am and see what happens. Highest storage available for me was 256 with 512 available tomorrow. Feel for sure the higher would get cancelled. See what happens 🤞🏻
I went for 512gb 12.9. It will be in my store tomorrow from 9am unfortunately. But we will see haha

Cancelled my Amazon order! Meant to be delivered tomorrow but have a feeling Amazon won’t manage it. Usually would have money taken by now if it’s due next day!

ordered from Apple to pick up in store today!

So because I got sick and tired of John Lewis and their chat giving all sorts of different dates for availability. I was able to reserve one with the local Apple store. 12.9 1TB 5G SG :)

Lol argos selling 12.9” 512GB for £800!

tried ordering but out of stock in my area apparently

Bloody DHL !

We're sorry but the delivery of your shipment has been delayed. We expect to deliver on the next working day

Your parcel is due to be delivered on Monday 24th May 2021
That sux Lee. DHL are completely abysma, Everytime I have been allocated to them it never runs issue free

have one coming this morning but I’ll have a crack at a pricing error. If they’ve taken my money (which they have) can they still cancel?

no idea which store - just scrolled down until one had stock. Went for the 256 - don’t want to be greedy :)

Don’t think it’s guaranteed until you collect. 9am seems so far away!

I've had many a price glitch cancelled, even after the cash was taken. But some amazing ones that were not. It's a gamble until it's in your hands.

They might decide that they leak this to the media and see a load of great PR. Depends how many got through I guess.

click and collect where you are just reserving I understand, but surely if they’ve taken your money that’s the transaction/contract confirmed?

It gets a bit more complicated when goods are sold online as it depends on whether a contract has been made between the two parties.

The retailer needs to accept the customer’s order for there to be a contract. If it hasn’t accepted the order it can withdraw the product from sale and cancel the order. Exactly where you stand will depend on the website’s terms and conditions and the wording of any e-mail sent to you when you placed the order.

Many websites say in their terms that an order is only accepted when the goods are dispatched. Any e-mail sent to the customer beforehand is simply an acknowledgement of receipt – as opposed to acceptance - of the order.

But in some cases the wording of the e-mail will have accepted the customer’s order and the customer would generally be entitled to purchase the goods at the advertised price.

4.3 a) Online price errors. If we discover an error in the price of goods ordered or reserved, we will inform you as soon as possible (e.g. prior to the goods being despatched or in store prior to the collection of the goods). We will provide you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you choose to cancel and have already paid for the goods you will receive a full refund.

My one is out for delivery!

it’s DHL, but what used to be UK Mail. UK Mail used to have great tracking & notify of delivery window, but since they became part of DHL, that’s not looking like the case! So no clue if it’s coming before I have to head to the airport😫
