So happy. My pre order was coming on the 1st of July but I have just noticed they have store pick up available for tomorrow. So I'm a happy person

Managed to order a 128 12.9 for £800 from my local Argos, they’ve taken the money and said it’s ready for collection! No idea if it will go through. Got an 11” base arriving today so this will leave me with a tough decision if I do manage to get the 12.9. Then again I’m not sure on Argos return policy, if I open it can I take it back?
DHL for me the last couple times have given me a 1 hour slot, so hopefully they do the same!
I had the same but it still added to the basket and let me buy, check your basket
My 1hr slot was 2 - 3 hrs late on my AirTags and customer services said slots are not guaranteed slots 🙈
I had a Magic Keyboard delivered by DHL yesterday. I wasn’t given a time slot at all. Turned up without notice at 3:30pm. 🙄
If I could check the status of my order it would say something like:
"The minerals used to manufacture your iPad have yet to be extracted from the earth and processed. Please check back in 8 weeks time".

Yeah I noticed that and ordered one as too good a deal. All went through though for delivery today. See if they honour it.

DHL out for delivery. Tried with various models with Argos, but just getting errors so I guess that’s a no go. Good luck to those who got an order in for one before they twigged.
That the DHL Parcel (that used to be UK mail)? or DHL Express, as they do not seem to have consistency between them.
Fingers crossed for all of you taking a punt on Argos’ pricing antics. 🤞 Thought about trying for a 512GB 12.9” from Argos, but they’re all out of them. Closest would be the 256GB Space Grey, still an awesome machine. This would make it the same price as my incoming 256GB 11” Silver from Apple with student discount, but with the downside of having to buy a new keyboard case. I ordered the 11” Smart Keyboard Folio at the same time as my iPad, was delivered next day and I;m beyond the return window now. So to take advantage of the Argos pricing, I’d need to spend another £200 on the keyboard, all but wiping out the benefit. And having to ‘settle’ for SG when I really want silver.
Will be more than happy with my 11” later on, but really hoping Argos honour the price for those of you who’ve secured an order. Reminds me of the time I got the warm fuzzies when I got iTunes mispricing benefits (Beach Boys Made In California digital box set for £7.99, supposed to be £59.99 & Beatles stereo box for £8.99, supposed to be £124.99).
