It's quite common. I used to work in Postal IT and we did tracking systems.
You'd be amazed with the order that the scan come in!

in fact, my own iPad delivery with TNT has had a similar experience.

Nothing here in Macclesfield yet. The TNT depot is in Stockport, only 30 minutes away, and it went out at 7 this morning.

Problem is I have a lunch appointment today! Oh noes!

No update on tnt site, its in stansead at the moment. Rang tnt to see if i could pick it up and they informed me its out for delivery !!!!!! good job i have a day off today. Knowing my luck I bet it doesn't arrive.

I got mine over 15 minutes ago! Went the TNT guy fetched the parcel from the truck, I only saw two iPads left including mine. I thought I was one of the last hehe

How's this for torture: mine is definitely out for delivery... to my mother's UK address. I'm living in Holland. So once it arrives there I have to get her to send it on to me (it's not launching here until July).

So, could anyone lucky enough to have received theirs confirm how it is packaged? I've seen a few pix but want to check the weight/dimensions.

I'm relying on the main box being less than 2kg and, from a US posting, it seemed the dimensions were roughly 28x25x10 cm or 11x10x4 inches. Is that about right for UK deliveries too?

Also, looks like the SIM and any accessories are being sent separately. Is that the case?

Well if it helps, that's exactly what I just got ordered, SIM was with case in a white padded envelope, camera kit in a small box, and iPad in it's own box.
