mine still at nuneaton, however my nearest local depot is Nottingham which is relatively near nuneaton so if they are logical the furthest away are leaving Nuneaton first mine may not leave till later...I hope

i ordered my Ipad on 11th of may 7 PM and it is to be shipped by 28th of May ..
but its still not yet shipped + i haven't received any email regarding the tracking number whtsoever..

I'm a complete noobie, but have loved lurking on this forum over the last few years, and this thread has felt like a support group so thought I'd share...
I have a TNT UK 8023 tracking number, which went from 'in transit Nuneaton' to 'please call'. I spoke to a crazy lady at TNT who i think just wanted to chat who told me they'd all seemed to switch to please call. She said they hadn't received them at the depot yet but that everything looked fine for delivery tomorrow as they were coming in overnight, and if it wasn't, it would definitely be Friday. She also said, that I think someone else has mentioned, that they wouldn't leave it with a neighbour - it had to be signed for by someone at my address. She was genuinely lovely, said they were rushed off their feet (but still kept talking, and talking, and telling me to take my boyfriend on holiday instead of my husband!) but they should be going out to me (in Knutsford) tomorrow.

I thought it took till several days after the 10th before Apple changed the delivery date to June rather than May?
It took Apple a few days to update the website, but internal allocations seemed to have the cut off on the 10th/early 11th.
Hey mine is the same, in transit from arneham hub. I rang up TNT, and I would advise you do the same as they can give you extra info! The woman I spoke to said that mine will be in the UK tonight, and that it should be delivered tommorow, but to ring anytime after 7am (which is when deliveries are allocated) just to make sure. I have an A level exam tommorow morning so I will be sprinting home from that
Core 2 Maths, maybe? I have that, and then a Physics one in the afternoon. I'm tempted to sprint back between them!
Crap. Ordered 7am on 10th, Apple says delivery tomorrow, UPS still only says billing info received. Ordered 32GB Wifi and iPad Dock.

I just can't imagine how the conversation got around to her recommending you take your bf on holiday instead of your hubby. Or whether she got the info that you had both from you or just assumed.

It's nice to have a personal touch from customer services though - but I'm not sure I'd want that personal.
How to make a good first impression! I asked about delivery times being 8 til 6 and then realised I sounded a bit keen and geeky so had to qualify it by saying I was going on holiday. She recommended boyfriends as being better fun than husbands (I'm sound young so people assume i'm not married. Or maybe I sound ugly, who knows!)
