List All Changes 1.1.1......

Is there a list of all changes found or posted in 1.1.1? I can't seem to find them other than the ones posted on main page.

• Just got info from another site that MP3's are now playable in Mail.
• SMS audio alert now user selectable
• Enable Caps lock option (not sure if this was there pre 1.1.1, just noticed it now)
• Accent marks added to keyboard
• Annoying option to delete / keep videos after playing has been removed
• New option to turn off/on Yahoo push mail (not sure if that was there pre 1.1.1)

MacRumor listed changes:
- iTunes Wi-Fi Music Store
- Louder speakerphone and receiver volume
- Home Button double-click shortcut to phone favorites or music controls
- Space bar double-tap shortcut to intelligently insert period and space
- Mail attachments are viewable in portrait and landscape
- Stocks and cities in Stocks and Weather can be re-ordered
- Apple Bluetooth Headset battery status in the Status Bar
- Support for TV Out
- Preference to turn off EDGE/GPRS when roaming internationally
- New Passcode lock time intervals
- Adjustable alert volume

not really a feature, but something i noticed:

when in the weather app... in older versions, if you were to tap the screen while sliding between cities, it would freeze them in place, making it look like it was broken. well, they fixed it and you can no longer do it. it pops it to one of the two cities it's in between.

also, in the email options... is "Giant" a new font size?

Before when I hit the SHIFT key to capitalize a letter, after typing a letter it would revert to lowercase again (the way I would think it should be). Now it remains in a CAPS LOCK type state unless I hit the shift key again.

I noticed that in the ipod section my podcasts don't show up in the "artists" section any more. The video podcasts are listed under podcast and video section. Audio podcasts are just listed under podcasts.

Fixes multiple SMS quirkiness!

Has anyone noticed the following SMS quirk has been fixed?!

You have an SMS convo open with Person A. You go back to home, enter another app, or go into locked mode. During that time Person B texts you. Click on view, would return you to Person A's convo rather than bringing you to Person B's!

With 1.1.1 it correctly brings you to Person B's convo! No more replying to the wrong person by accident

There's now a bug in the calculator.

Try 4x2x10 should be 80. Is 80
Try 7+7+7 should be 21. Is 21

Try mixing functions:
Try 2+2x10 should be 40 (if it does the function + first). It's 22
Try 7+1x10 It gives 17 as the answer.

The calculator update was supposed to allow the user to do multiple functions without having to hit = after every single function. Unfortunately, Apple seemed more interested in making sure third=party apps didn't work that they forgot quality control on the calculator.

Greed wins - customers lose. Thanks Apple.

Umm
Order of operations is multiplications/division before addition/subtraction. It's doing it correctly, because it's not calculating after every operation you do. It's evaluating 2+2x10 as a whole. 2+2x10 is NEVER 40. (2+2)x10=40 That's what you are doing when you do separate operations. Elementary math 101.

The calculator is fine. How do people not know the order of operations!

PEMDAS FTW!

Eh... looks like that is the correct behavior. Don't you remember your "order of operations" from grade school? Multiplication is always performed prior to addition for a given expression.

So, 2+2*10=22 indeed!

Do you have caps lock turned on in keyboard settings?

I never noticed this before, but you can now rearrange your phone favorites ... I could have just been dumb and it was a feature before.. but *shrug*. :) I noticed it yesterday. Is that new?

(Just hit edit and you can move it by dragging on the right side of the line like the stocks program..)

I just saw another one! I haven't heard this one before, but ... If you're in the locked screen, double click the home button, and now it shows ipod controls under the clock! If that was there before, man I missed out. :p

Is this a new feature?

I just got my Mac and just started using HandBrake in the past week. My iPhone is my first device where I put HandBrake-ed movies on there. Now, I can skip to the next chapter as I please!

This is changeable in the settings:

Settings>General>Keyboard> Enable Caps Lock (click it off, you have it on)
